Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Czech RepublicRoom was very warm, also next to train railways so you can hear them. I had an urgency to hospital and staff could only give me a map and to take a taxi on the street. Bit overpriced.

GermanyThe property itself was nice, well cleaned, and located to the things I needed. The staff was very helpful and it was great that I could leave my luggage during the day I left. I wish the beds were comfier - you kind of sank into the middle of the bed, as if it had been used many times before. The room was clean except for a few small tissues pieces on the bathroom floor. It also took some time for the shower to warm, but maybe it was also user error.

TurkeyThere were 2 elevators but the left elevator did not work during all our stay. Hotel was crowded and we lost lots of time due to elevator queue. It was horrible. Spa area has a problem with keys. They have given me 2 times new key in order to open the spa door. It did not work at all. With towels etc, i waited elevator for 3-4 mins and came down to reception. Then somebody from reception came to Spa and opened the door.
Top location, rich breakfast, clean rooms, espresso machine in the room. Amenities such as shampoo and soap were high quality ones. You are at the heart of Ku'damm.

United StatesWe stayed inn”East Side” and getting from there to the reception was a real pain. Going through parking, 3 doors, another doors, elevator. In winter you can’t get to the hotel restaurant without a jacket. This is a big inconvenience.
The rooms were spacious with big and very comfy beds. The staff was very friendly and location just excellent!

Excellent breakfast choice and served until 10.00 on weekdays. The reception staff were very helpful, after my companion's bag did not arrive at the airport, although the problem wasn't resolved.

Good location in walking distance to lovely Tiergarden, close connections to u-bahn, trains. very spacious and clean standard db room in the newer part of the building (facing S-bahn). Quiet thanks to excellent isolation against sound from traffic and trains.

MontenegroThe east side of the hotel is right next to railway and it can be noisy. If you open the window it is very loud. I would recommend to ask for a west side.
