Room was very warm, also next to train railways so you can hear them. I had an urgency to hospital and staff could only give me a map and to take a taxi on the street. Bit overpriced.

The property itself was nice, well cleaned, and located to the things I needed. The staff was very helpful and it was great that I could leave my luggage during the day I left. I wish the beds were comfier - you kind of sank into the middle of the bed, as if it had been used many times before. The room was clean except for a few small tissues pieces on the bathroom floor. It also took some time for the shower to warm, but maybe it was also user error.

It can be a little noisy due it is very close to a train rail.

The room is super comfortable with a great bed and shower. Location very handy close to a train station and buses stop.

Our stay at the hotel was fabulous. We got a surprise on arrival of an upgrade from a Junior to a Senior Suite. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was also great. This is a great hotel - would definitely recommend.

There were no room service for Food.

The Hotel was clean, modern & very well maintained. The staff were very friendly & helpful, especially Essam who works at the reception, he facilitated all our requests & made sure we are more than comfortable. Guys like Essam would make us visit NH hotels again.

There were 2 elevators but the left elevator did not work during all our stay. Hotel was crowded and we lost lots of time due to elevator queue. It was horrible. Spa area has a problem with keys. They have given me 2 times new key in order to open the spa door. It did not work at all. With towels etc, i waited elevator for 3-4 mins and came down to reception. Then somebody from reception came to Spa and opened the door.

Top location, rich breakfast, clean rooms, espresso machine in the room. Amenities such as shampoo and soap were high quality ones. You are at the heart of Ku'damm.

We stayed inn”East Side” and getting from there to the reception was a real pain. Going through parking, 3 doors, another doors, elevator. In winter you can’t get to the hotel restaurant without a jacket. This is a big inconvenience.

The rooms were spacious with big and very comfy beds. The staff was very friendly and location just excellent!

There wasn't a USB point in the room, so my companion couldn't charge her phone without paying for an adapter. Seems strange for a modern hotel.

Excellent breakfast choice and served until 10.00 on weekdays. The reception staff were very helpful, after my companion's bag did not arrive at the airport, although the problem wasn't resolved.

Perfect location for exploring Berlin. It was easy for us to get anywhere pretty fast. Breakfast is good. There is opportunity to get room with train tracks view. We never had problems with sleep though.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The location and facilities are great, staff is very kind and helpful. I will always come to this hotel if I come back to Berlin. The only minor issue was a funny smell in the bathroom, I told the staff at check-out and said they would look into it for future guests.

Very warm hotel and not very effective air-con. Had to sleep with the big windows open, which was ok until the trains started at 5am.

To get to your room, you have to go through the parking garage into an adjacent building, but it's not really a big problem.

Some of the reception staff did not seem very eager to help. A bit more friendly attitude is expected.

Good location in walking distance to lovely Tiergarden, close connections to u-bahn, trains. very spacious and clean standard db room in the newer part of the building (facing S-bahn). Quiet thanks to excellent isolation against sound from traffic and trains.

The bed situation

Room was fine although the booking was incorrect. Meant to be 3 single beds. Was 1 double and 1 single. Had to switch rooms for the 2nd night

The east side of the hotel is right next to railway and it can be noisy. If you open the window it is very loud. I would recommend to ask for a west side.

The hotel is great. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.
