The windows didn’t have blinds, which caused the room to get very bright early in the morning and affected our sleep. The lift is so small that it couldn't fit the baby pram (kinderwagen). So I had to carry it to the third floor.

Very poor breakfast :( Not kid/buggy friendly: reception and breakfast area on the 1st floor (no lift) of the different building, main building of the hotel has a lift but it starts from the 1st floor and is really narrow so the buggy doesn’t fit inside (We had to carry our baby and the stroller upstairs separately which was not very handy because we also had our luggage with us)

It was a bit warm on a hot July day, a stand fan would help during those hot summer night. At one area, the floor surface is damaged. It needs to be repaired to avoid potential injuries.

The area of the location is dirty and loud. Night club across the street - recommending ear plugs. We had booked parking spot, and the cards were not working. Reception is in another building. Elevator doesn’t go to the top floor, you would need to go up to the floor below and take the stairs.

Rooms were clean and nice. Worth the money. Close to the old part of the town. Worth the price.

The Hotel is OK but only for short business trips. It is not family friendly at all. Not wheelchair friendly either. The elevator is way to small to fit any stroller or wheelchairs and it's starts from the first floor. In sum this hotel is only suitable for short stays and for guests who just need a place to sleep and with no handicap. The parking there is only possible in the surrounding parking garages.

The location is really central being located near the main shopping street and a lot of restaurants and caffees..

Handy location with many eateries and nightclubs in the proximity, very quiet, basic amenities but functional, good shower pressure and heated bathroom.

No air conditioner, we had to rely on the only fan provided. No lift to the room, had to climb stairs with our heavy luggage. Have to collect the key from another location but staff is very friendly.

Hotel is clean, has kettle too which is a bonus as most hotels in Europe does not provide kettle. Room is spacious too. There are food and a minimart near the hotel.
