Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Supermarket nearby, about a 10 min walk. Very modern and clean. Fridge was a good size and kept drinks and food cold well. We would use this hotel again. Short uber ride from the Frankfurt airport. It’s a bit far to walk from the airport, but a cheap uber ride did the trick. On arrival we found that they do have a shuttle bus available for about 9€ per person.

It was a little plain, menu was all about dough! If you don’t want a plina(pizza?) then it is very restrictive.

Kind staff.
It was hard to find the hotel but the staffs were kindly accommodating. The hotel itself didnt have much of other amenities to enjoy. Good for a short term stay.

Nothing, great place for an overnight stay.
The rooms were very clean and tidy. We had dinner in the hotel, which was tasty and well served. The hotel is conveniently located close by the highway with sufficient parking spots.

Staff: I arrived with my book made and hotel was fully, I just listened the complains from the lady in front desk during my check-in.

Very comfortable room. Perfect breakfast (included) with wide variety of sausages, bacon, eggs, cheese, cereals, beans, pancakes and other pastries, a lot of fruit. A bottle of water in the room as a pleasant surprise. Shuttle service from the airport (8€ two-ways).

Restaurant is overly expensive considering the food was disgusting. Staff at the restaurant was not unfriendly but also not warm and inviting. Sat for an hour before even someone came with drinks.

The only downside: you have to pay 8€/person for the shuttle to the airport, although it's a very short drive....and the bus only takes you to terminal 1!
Very friendly staff and great location! The pool area is great, although you have to pay an entrance fee (6€). The family room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, considering the room rate.

The room was way too hot. Adjusting temperature was not possible, there were no indications on the air conditioner dial, nothing I tried made it more comfortable. I ended up sleeping with the windows open all night.

The parking spots are too narrow. No USB chargers at the nightstands. Just little things.
Breakfast is great. Come hungry! Parking is $18 per night which is a bummer. The place was quiet even though it's only minutes from the airport.

The last shuttle bus scheduled at 10:30 AM never showed up at the airport and we had to take an Uber. The hotel couldn't give us an explanation why. The room was good but I expected a double bed not 2 twin beds pushed together.

There is no tea or coffee option in the room, but a pleasant moment was the offered mineral water free of charge in each of the rooms.
Super clean rooms, with white bedsheets, warm rooms. Bathroom equipped with hairdryer, bath gel and other nice smelling pretty things. The staff was very helpful and gave us all necessary information. From Frankfurt Airport it took only 15 min by Uber, which is a good option instead of airport shuttle.

The shuttle costs 4.50 per person, they even charged for a baby. In addition during our arrival time the shuttle didn't operate. With a family of four, considering the price an Uber is cheaper and more convenient.
We had the suite, clean room, plenty of space.
