Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is a simple, but clean and cozy hotel not far from the center. A perfect place for those who, like us, come to explore the city by feet. The price is very reasonble.

RussiaYou have to manually turn your heating unit on to get some warmth in the room in the freezing hell that is Berlin in December. Since I didn't know that, I had to hold onto the blanket like there was no tomorrow. Next time, I hope, the hotel will turn the heater on before the check-in without relying on a foreigner guessing the correct way.
Convenient location, all the basics were included, regular cleaning and comfortable bedding.

NorwayNo aircondition but a fan i every room helped out. Had a group of partyboys with living door to door in the weekend, thin walls made it a loud experience both in the room and the hallway. Told staff in the morning but nothing was done. Had to wear earplugs for sleeping.

United KingdomThe room wasn't cleaned well during our 3 night stay. It was only cleaned once during this time, and the mugs and glasses weren't replaced so we had to reuse them. The coffee wasn't restocked (only 2 sachets provided for 3 people for 3 nights) and there wasn't enough toilet roll provided due to the lack of proper room cleaning. One of the front of house staff members seemed to be a little grumpy and not as welcoming as might be expected for a hotel stay - this put us off mentioning the lack of cleaning as we checked out as it was the same staff member on duty.
The room was good value for 3 people in a city centre and the hotel was well located. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived and overall we were happy with our stay.

Czech RepublicThe staff of the hotel let to start noisy work in the hotel courtyard, right where my room window faced. This did not allow me to get enough sleep before a long day, at the end of which I had a business event.
It’s a very cozy and comfortable rooms, I got a very sighted side of the building. The breakfast is very good. And location is perfect for reaching the main places in the center of the city.

MaltaThe wifi does not connect automatically. You have to connect every time. Lufthansa cancelled my flight and I needed to stay at the hotel for an extra night and I was asked to do this online rather than over the counter. This was a hassle for me since I only had my phone with me. It was enough having to deal with flight cancellations. The attitude of a couple of men at the reception could be more guest-friendly. The women were much nicer.
The hotel is close to Checkpoint Charlie, central but still a rather long walk from the central attractions such as the cathedral, museums etc. Berlin is huge but transport connections are good. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The staff was more or less friendly but not all reception staff was welcoming. There is the option of not having the room cleaned everyday and you get a free drink.

HungaryThe hallway is loud and you can hear anybody is closing/opening the hallway door. Also the walls are pretty thin as you hear easily the other guests as well. So if you are not a good sleeper, then it might be annoying.
Pretty good location, close to the city centre, easy access to Bus or U-Bahn. But you could also reach main attractions by walking. Room was clean and had enough storage place. If you don't ask for cleaning you get an extra coupon for a drink which is nice gesture.
