Stylish and comfortable hotel and great service. It is clear they have thought out the whole way of providing an enjoyable stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Really close to the main station and a nice quiet area.

We were in a loft room that was fine for us but could be tricky to navigate around bed space with limited mobility. No real faults from us, we loved it.

Fabulous breakfast and constantly replenished. Loved the (complimentary) wine get-togethers in the evening. Staff were super helpful with any and all queries. Eco friendly.

Perfect location to explore Copenhagen, super close to the train station and all very safe. Comfortable room, good size, all very clean and good breakfast.

Hotel room is small, old furnitures. One staff was rude. Everyone was struggling in navigating the coffee machine resulting to delay in getting coffee. Someone asked one of the staff, but it seemed she was not very helpful at all.

Proximity from the central station going to the hotel is A+. Transportation wise, the hotel is situated on the perfect spot. Good selection of food for the buffet breakfast, staff were accommodating during our stay. The guy receptionist and guy handman helped us a lot during our mishap on our travel.

Breakfast was to a high standard. It was really nice to have a proper toaster which is uncommon in a lot of hotels! Staff were friendly, location was perfect and quiet at night time as well. Really close to the meat packing district, Hart Bakery, bars and close to the city centre. Room was a perfect size as the trip is a city break, it was more of a base for our stay so wouldn’t have needed a bigger space. Some nice touches such as free tea and coffee , board games available and even knitting available for a local homeless charity.

Bed could have been a little firmer.

Location was excellent, as were the staff. The bed was a little too soft and bouncy! We enjoyed the wine hour and would strongly recommend the hotel.

Really well located hotel, delicious breakfast with a great choice, also a 'proper' coffee machine for that all important morning coffee! 'Wine hour' was a lovely idea, also the little gift you could have instead of daily housekeeping (so much better for the environment). Really friendly staff, discreet yet helpful. Clean and comfortable room - bit on the small side - but nevertheless excellent bathroom and comfortable bed.

I traveled with my husband and kids and felt safe around the hotel. But I took a short stroll on my own within the neighbourhood and it was unsettling because of all the beggars, sex workers and drug dealers.

Room was cozy but more than sufficient for one person. It was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great, as was the all day fruit bowl, and tea/coffee station. The complimentary drink in the evening was the cherry on the top. Location was perfect - a great spot to access what Copenhagen has to offer, close to transport, and the old town.

Excellent proximity to Copenhagen Main Station - a couple of minutes walk. Excellent diverse breakfast. Love the all day coffee and honesty bar. Happy hour was an unexpected treat. Quiet room. Close to restaurants catering for all budgets.

Three front steps make it difficult to get heavy luggage in and out, and steps had no handrail.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fun decor. Very good breakfast. Reachable by train from the airport (staff provided excellent instructions). Junior suite (our room) was spacious and had comfortable bed and very spacious, upgraded bathroom. Quiet, even though the hotel is located in a bustling area. Windows open for fresh air, if desired. Nicely decorated and comfortable main floor with wine happy hour.
