It would have been better if I had an extra pillow but I didn't ask for one as I was too tired. I am sure they would have accommodated me if that was the case.

There should be a at least one soft upholstered armchair, the office chairs were not comfortable. There was a smell in the bathroom like from bad plumbing. A pair or two of soft slippers would have been nice considering the standard otherwise of the hotel. Having to walk outdoors in order to come to the breakfast room was a drawback - even if umbrellas are provided.

The Check-In process was very fast as was the Check-Out. The bathroom was clean but bare, as was the guest room. The sound insulation was good both against traffic and interior areas. The breakfast was fine but (in my opinion) not exceptional. The hotel's big attraction was its restaurant that featured a modern and well chosen set of nordic style dishes. The restaurant also featured several good ecological wines; the wine assortment is very good and wide, but lacking in Italian wines.

Access to the room was up 8 steps - with 3 suitcases was difficult. No lift or ramp access

Bar meal very nice. Room good size and staff friendly. Breakfast was nice. Didn't have to pay for parking.

Failed to get the e-charging facilites to work, but could be my lack of Danish!

Good value location for visiting Copenhagen (directions supplied were very clear). Good quality toiletries. Beautiful dining room for excellent breakfast. Bar food good quality and quick service.

Room we stayed on August 23 the shower was not working. Room we stayed August 30 - Sept 2: The sink in the bathroom was not draining well.

Friendly and helpful staff. Closer to the train station. Clean rooms.

Affordable accomodation compared to the eye-watering prices of Copenhagen city with excellent quick train link into central. 15 min easy walk to train Welcoming receptionists. Lucky to be given a lovely room on quiet side away from main road. Spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Conference hotel. Breakfast included. Good to see selection of fresh vegetable and fruits. Just a minor point. Fridges build into cupboard with no internal or external off switch available. I checked with reception. Denmark prides itself on sustainability and all these room fridges on continuously is wasteful. Many hotels have notices saying turn on if you need. Or have no fridges now with notices to explains energy conservation

Need some repair in bathroom. Good to have a iron, but main challenge was to fill the iron with water for steaming, was some improvisation done. If you are on sunny side, keep curtains closed, rooms heats up and air conditioner stays no 23, even if you try to set it lover.

Good location, was easy to reach and fulfilled main expectations. Simple, not overdone, all main needs are there. Breakfast simple ,nothing fancy, just have to walk to another building. No problems to stay there again.

From a tourist perspective it was a bit more of an effort to get in and out of the city centre than expected.

Very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. It would be ideal for business travel.

The room was very big and so was the comfortable bed. The shower was nice, and good quality toiletries were provided. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel has a gym and saunas that can be used free of charge. Free parking.

The air conditioning control was bright all night… unbearable. Surely there has to be a sleep setting. Restaurant is only open at specific times so you more or less have to figure out your own lunch and sometimes dinner. Could be cleaner, we had things under our bed.

Very well located… right next to a lovely park, bus stop and not too far from the shopping centre and train station. The breakfast was lovely.

The aircontition did not work, allthough not high temperature outside, it mase the room badly ventilated. If you open the window the noise from the road was so intens that it kept you awake. Restaurant and the breakfast was in another buliding, not a problem but still not ideal.
