United KingdomLack of choice food wise in the main restaurant- very limited choice. Especially if you are there for more than 2 nights. Other menus snack pool room service better. We stayed in room 112 and the is a service door right outside which stall kept coming and going letting the door slam which was our only niggle.

Location is right in the heart of Roseau (capital of Dominica). The rooms are comfortable and clean and the view (if you have one with a view is great) unless there is cruise ship that blocks part of the view. Several eating options in the hotel, dive store is attached to the hotel. Attractions in Roseau are walking distance.

The hotel is close to the city, which allows one to explore by foot. My room is so close to the ocean - the sounds of the ocean replaced my iTunes sleep sounds - magical!

United StatesHotel was nice but the room did not have a microwave. Some of the staff was nice but most were not helpful. We requested a room service but it never came. The food was not good. Drinks were ok but I could hardly taste/feel the effects of the alcohol in the mixed drinks. Other guests got stuck in the elevator. One of the elevators was stuck open when we wanted to go downstairs.
The air conditioner was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was beautiful. The property is clean.

United KingdomMy floor wasn't very clean, there was dust and hair in the middle of the hallway. There were a lot of ants on the balcony so I couldn't put my feet down when sat out there. I also found the bubbles in the jacuzzi weren't working. Had I been staying for longer I would have raised these things. Next time I will say straight away because I think the staff would have been very accommodating.
I loved my view, it was truly amazing and made the room special for me. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
