The breakfast was not good, the salami was over fried, the eggs was not presentable. There was not even a welcome bottle of water in the room and there was no water in the restaurant unless you buy it.

Didn't like that you just got a bar of soap. It felt cheap. A recommendation would be to have perhaps liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom and kitchen. Just to elevate the experience. Also there were tiny roaches out and about. Those were my only concerns but all in all very beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay. Would visit again.

We loved the location.. Very central to everything. You can just walk around and enjoy the city. We loved the indoor pool. The staff was also polite and even though they didn't speak fluent English they were easy to communicate with

I recommend to replace the stope top of my room because it is old and rusted and even the utensils are old.

The hotel had 2 blackouts while I was at the hotel: one in the evening before I left and the other just before I was leaving the hotel. I was not informed verbally about the toilet paper not being flushed down the toilet. The cleaning staff had to pump the toilet to clear the toilet paper. I would have liked a few hangers for my clothes. Also I would have liked a cup in the sink area.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and hotel meals. The staff was extremely helpful about the facility and tour. They connected me to a tour company. The location was central to the historical Zona Colonial. I could operate the ceiling fan at a temperature that was satisfactory. I enjoyed swimming in the pool daily.

The breakfast buffet, ther e was not much selection. For a place that grows tropical fruits, the shoulsd have more thanone plate of fruits, ie. pineapple, water melon, and mango. I can eat a whole plate of fruits by myself. There was not a lot of selctions, it was minimum and basic. No much for juice choices either. The hotel needs to be updated and remodeled. They keep it very clean but it needs some work. The steel rail on the stair case is broken and when you grap it it falls of, it's danger especially someone with balance conditionsor back or knee brobles. Somene can fall and get seriousl injured.

The staff was really excelent! The nmanager was great and wears very nice shoes. Jennifer, the bartender is great, beautiful and makes you feel welcome. heidi at the front desk is cool and very supportive. The house keeping staff was great and on top of things. Katy? I hope I got ther name right in house keeping was nice, friendly, professional, and also made me feel welcome. For the money I think it was worth it.

My room was right next to the street which i didn't like, but it wasn't bad since at night there wasn't much noise.

Breakfast was great but would love more variety. Loved the food in the restaurant.
