Floor are dirty and general maintenance to take care of a new facility is lacking. Bar is fine but food is truly awful. Poor quality unless you are into highly processed, un healthy, re heated options. I would try another

I went to the front desk to report when we returned the second night and the front desk said they would bring them up right away. But they did not bring the towels or water as the said the would. Everything else was good at the hotel except this service.

Everybody is very friendly and helpful. housekeeping Esperancia is a wonderful person and always has a smile on her face. She cleaned our room every day and changed the bed sheets. Chef Alejandro también has a wonderful personality and nice smile on his face.He always comes out walked by every table asking people if they need something. Keep doing the great job, guys

United StatesNoticed the room wasn't cleaned very well, bottle cap, etc under bathroom sink. The soap was wet when I took it out of the box, which made me think it had been used. We had a 3 hour wait to get a pizza on a busy night and servers not understanding English.
Hotel was very nice, happy to have a restaurant there as there was nothing else around.

SerbiaFirst of all, there is constant air pollution very close to hotel. It is some factory which burning rest of sugar cane plant, and that s the cause of smell and black dust is everywhere outside. Even in the pool. By the way pool is 4 times smaller than it looks, as the only 1/4 is deep 2,5 feet .The rest is only 1 feet deep , so it is unusable. Even the hotel is at bank of sea ,there is no beach. Closest beach is 15 mins walk, but everything outside of the hotel, doesnt look safe .And for sure, not clean. Breakfast is not so diserve. Croissante and all pastry looks like there are not made the same day.
