I am completely satisfied with my staying in Arabia Azur! Everything was just perfect: the room, the food, the staff. The very location of the hotel not too far away from the airport, but not too close. Marina - 10 minutes of walking. My room was at the ground floor, so I literally could open a balcony door, make few steps and to be on the beach. I would definitely choose this hotel if I ever would go to Hurghada

The food quality (buffet) doesn’t match the other facilities/views the resort offers. The food selections are quite limited and overall not very tasty.

The room is very spacious and well designed. All facilities in the room are quite clean and tidy. The resort offers great private beach and access to the sea. The view was amazing.

One thing we didn’t like was the room cleaning – it often came very late in the day or didn’t happen at all, which was disappointing.

There are two lagoons that are generally much calmer than the pool, making them a great choice if you prefer peace and quiet. The food was generally good and offered a nice variety. The highlight for us was definitely the snorkeling – the reef is right by the hotel, near the wharf. We also really liked the snorkeling trip we booked, which included a visit to Orange Bay Island. A big plus was that the boat departs directly from the hotel, so there was no need for any car transfers. The snorkeling itself was great and everything ran smoothly. However, we found the visit to Orange Bay Island not worth it; it would have been better to go to Paradise Island instead. The price was 55 eur/adults and half-price for kids.

Getting a table in the restaurant was a bit stressful, miserable barman at the pool bar, definitely in the wrong job. Weak beer 😊…..

Bag and housekeeping were a bit pestering by repeating what they have done and knocking on the door. This was to get tips without outwardly asking for it. It was just too much at times which didn’t make me want to tip. This should be addressed.

The hotel had everything you need; heated pool, beach, lots of bars and restaurants. Adel Mustafa the assistant manager was great, really looked after my group with their room requirements.

The location and staff are excellent. The food was good. The furniture and facilities are a little outdated but good value for money. This is mostly a pensioners resort for older Europeans.

Some of the staff were outright rude and snobbish. Not all, but some. In a resort this big, I guess this is bound to be the case, for one can't expect everyone to be cordial and hospitable in general. We were ok to ignore this because the majority of them were very kind and helpful in general.

The property itself is absolutely gorgeous with great amenities and in a wonderful location with access to amazing private lagoons and waters. Mr.Adel at the reception desert es special mention. He was super helpful and really went beyond to ensure any issues were more than just resolved. He constantly followed up and ensured we were comfortable and settled in. The food and drink options were great as well, with different themes every night serving a variety of dishes. Well kept beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
