the only thing we didn't like was that the room was not ready when it was given as few things like shower and handwash gel in the bathroom was empty also no slippers

The reception team is top, especially Mr. Yahya Zakaria. He is always smiling and does everything you ask for with great professionalism. The beach and aqua are amazing. We will definitely come back again.

Nothing at all, might be the see isn't always a good choice for normal swimming its best fit for snorkelling activities

Everything was as expected the room, the clean of the hotel, and the food taste, and the stuff is always smiling and seeking to provide you with a comfortable vacation. I would like to specially thank Mr. Mohamed metwally head of food and beverage for his kindness and always looking to make the guests happy

Yehia zakaria from the reception he's one of the most helpful and cheerful persons to deal with just ask for anything and he'll make it happen he's here to make sure you have an amazing stay & Mina sayed is also really helpful.. Mohamed metwally f&b manager he is an amazing person it was my wife's birthday and he made us a table with balloons and a cake then everyone came singing they really made our day. Hamada abdelgaber restaurant manager is really good.. All the restaurant waiters they have an amazing smile specially hamid & sayed ahmed .. and very helpful and attentinve to every detail. Chefs mohamed bakry & Mina they are one of the best chefs I have seen in hotels, their food is absolutely delicious.. Mohamed Sayed from the beach restaurant is amazinggg And the waiters Ahmed - Foly they're really perfect.. Aquapark workers and lifeguards they understand that we're there to have fun and they do a good job at making this happen.. Room service guys, Omar and ahmed they're really clean and attentive to every details as well they made us a birthday cake from the towels 😅 After all of this being said, the hotel management is really lucky to have this combination of staff, they all make sure that everyone's stay is perfect so that they keep coming back. 👏🏼

No enough umbrellas at the aqua park No towel corner beside aqua park and you have to go to the beach ( but the staff was helping getting towels from the beach)

i liked everything about the hotel !!

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff kept our room really clean and refreshed our towels and gave us bottled water everyday, the air conditioning worked perfectly, Yehia at the front desk was really helpful and kind, We had a problem on the first day of our stay and Yehia offered to help us and sorted the problem straight away. Would recommend staying here

Very helpful stuff. Mahmoud Taharwst from reception upgraded our room to pool view, provided early check in and lake check out. The aquapark is beyond amazing. Food quality is good. Italian restaurant is great. I loved the vacation

It should be improved not only for Russians but for everyone and the number of cars should be increased when we go to other activities because we had problems with the car when we went on a boat tour.

THERE'S NO Desko and Parties I hope they could manage this problem and let the desko open for forigeners and visitors to dance at the night.

Wonderful place with a wonderful stuffs and peoples i like my stay there in Aqua park and wanrming Swimming pool we were Happy me and my Friends So i Hope to repeat it Next Summer ☺️

I liked everything the over all exsperince was brilliant

brilliant welcome family.friendly all over amazing I want too say a big thank you to all the staff here I've been traveling to country's many years and I cannot recommend Aqua Blend highly enough. Mustafa, Mohamed, Nashat Sameh,and Hasham are lovely people on reception who cannot do enough for you and Islam on security. Walid Hammad the fresh juice man also. Food was excellent. Thanks to our cleaner too. Will definitely be back thank you everyone who made mine my child's and my partners stay so wonderful I see you all in few months
