Staff is extremely friendly and nice. They always offer help specially Mr Eslam Gomaa and Mr islam mohamed, mohmoud abd el lateef in the kids area, and Amr in the jungle aqua park. The whole staff are always smiling and joking with us and the kids, giving us positive energy and making our vacation super special and we always return cause of their wonderful attitude.

The swimming pools are not heated. Only one pool was heated and was too far away from all the rooms. Having 20 pools in the resort but I can only use one because of the temperature of the water is a big waste.

The staff really makes all the difference. Almost everyone was very helpful and very experienced.

Great by all standards but internet was horrible. This needs to be fixed. If you have so many people patronizing your facility, you need to upgrade. Internet was not good at all.

Pools and slides were amazing! All services were close and weekly program was entertaining. We appreciated especially evening activities for children as carnival, bumper cars and VR hall. Staff was very kind and helpful. Staff confronted children with lovely service. Variety of restaurants was a very pleasant surprise.

Lovely hotel. We stayed in the bungalows and they were newly refurbished and very clean and modern. They had a pool right outside the door, which was nice and quiet. Kids will love it here due to water park, fair rides and VRs, and PlayStations, which are all free. It's hard to spend money here, and for a 4*, it is a million times better than the 5* we stayed in before checking out and coming here. Even things like candy floss, doughnuts, popcorn, and waffle stalls are free. The food choice of an evening is brilliant, never had so much choice in an all-inclusive, and I have been to a lot of all-inclusive. The row of restaurants at Midway is great and you can eat at any of them, you don't need to book a la carte. Site is massive though, and we were doing around 20,000 steps a day. Well worth it and would come back to egypt, just to come to this hotel.

It could have been clearer which of the pools/slides were heated. I would prefer it to be a little warmer too, and to possibly have some hot tubs. We are a vegan family. There were some options, but it wasn't super clear where they were, and there was only 1 restaurant that was 'vegan', but it wasn't even on the map, and was only open for dinnertime. Please add more vegan options, label food/ingredients, and have more than 1 meal a day for those with dietary needs/restrictions or allergies.

It was nice to have so many pools and slides close by.

This is one of the most fun places we've visited. Taking the all-inclusive package to the next level. Food and drinks all day long, games for kids, waterpark rides, even VR games and a theme park 😍. Definitely gonna come again.

We spent a whole month in Egypt with my family and decided to spend the rest of our vacation in this hotel. It was the best decision ever after horrible experiences in other hotels. The area was big enough, very clean, the kid still talks about it and I felt like I was in Disneyland. The food selection was great and everything tasted good. We will definitely come back!

Everything!!! The staff, the facilities and especially the lovely room. I would highly recommend the bungalow rooms! You will never be bored in this hotel, day or night! The entertainment in the evenings is fantastic!
