The hotel is so so pretty and well-managed. Very polite and helpful staff, when I was ill the hotel kept on checking on me and offered wheel-chair services and sick people menu for free. Many many thanks! Food is reasonably priced for the quality and size. We enjoyed every moment there and we are coming back later this year

Top service and amenities and excellent fresh food. Highlight of the trip was getting my sunglasses cleaned on the beach by the service staff. Top golf course as well.

There weren't much to do at night, given that it was away from any cities, the hotel could do more for night entertainment

Everything was amazing but most of all the friendly staff who always keep a smile on their face across all departments. The hotel smells good that adds to the positive vibe you get along your stay. The food is above average but the special service at the restaurants makes up for it. The only downside is the often noise of the high beats coming from afternoon beach DJ or evening nearby marina club. Also the noise coming from the beach buggy that levels the sand by the beach early morning.

We absolutely did have an exceptionally good time at the Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay! Exquisite surroundings, an outstanding room with a view of the sea with the most unbelievable sunsets, extremely helpful members of staff, delicious food in each of the restaurants ( we tried them all) 😊 Our absolute favourite was to dine at the Laguna Club Lounge, where we were welcomed kindly by the manager and the chef as well as Sayed who attended to all our needs with the utmost efficiency. A huge thank you to all at the Soma Bay Kempinski, it was most certainly a 5 star superior experience. Best regards, Lynda Löwenhagen

Amazing stay. My daughter 5 years old had so much fun. The staff from the kids club were very nice and invited the kids to several activities. Special thanks to Mr Jimmy from the house keeping. He prepared every day a new form out of towels for my daughter. Monkey, dog, swan. He is so kind and he made our stay very enjoyable. Also to Mr Mahmoud from the beach, he took such a good care of us.

Kempinski is perfect. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, very nicely refurbished. The beach is pure paradise, with crystal clear water and comfy elegant sunbeds. The staff is incredible, nice polite and available, especially the beach team.
