Everything has been excellent. Welcoming staff showed us around explaining every detail about facilities and services. The rooms were spacious , comfortable and cleansed daily. Golf cars were very helpful to transfer us to restaurants and the beach. Restaurants have been providing excellent variety of every food stuffs . Best quality of veal, meats, chicken and fish. Barbecue was everyday available at lunch and dinner. Fresh vegetables and cooked one were always available. Different types of rice, pastas were always available. Different kinds of cheese , yogurt, fruit and desserts of excellent quality were also always available. The best sandy beach I have ever seen in Hurghada , very well looked after. Very clean water , no stone hurts your feet. The staff on the beach are very devoted to make everyone happy. They collect the jellyfish daily for safety. The lifeguards were always there and rearrange the slides and matts for the swimmers and children to enjoy. Swimming pools , volleyball and activities were available. Entertainment every evening providing dancing songs and music. Gym, , tennis, sauna and jacuzzi were available.check in and out were so easy. Drinks were available everywhere in the room, on the beach, in the restaurant and lobby. Rixos is the best resort in Hurghada 👍

Isle of ManWe would have seen more of the evening entertainment if the shows started earlier. With an 9 30 start this was a bit late for our children, who are aged 4 and 9. There is a definite towel game which goes on at the main pool and I observed guests putting down towels at 6am and then not returning until mid morning, if at all. This could be better managed by the hotel. Lastly the restaurant booking system requires forward booking to reserve a table and some restaurants were hard to get into. The booking system opens at midnight, which disadvantages those travelling with kids and it would be fairer if it opened at 8am to give all a chance to book.
This is a really beautiful hotel and the photos of the resort do not do it justice. It is like a small village, populated with villas, hotels, pools and catering facilities. We travelled with a young family and there were lots of fun activities for the kids, but we would have had an equally great time as a couple. The hotel ensures that both families and couples can co exist in harmony with quieter spaces for adults only who may want to eat or have a cocktail without disturbance. All of the 6 ala carte restaurants are included in the all inclusive package and offer an excellent range of dining options to suit all tastes. There are also many snack options including a cake and coffee shop, ice-cream parlor serving Movenpick ice-cream, snack outlets serving burgers, kebabs, jacket potatoes and noodles. The options are limitless. We stayed in. Pool villa and if you can stretch to this, I am have to say it is bliss. 2 large double bedrooms which are almost suites in their own right, with a 15 foot ceiling, chandeliers and a patio deck leading out to a private pool. Absolutely worth the extra money, especially if travelling with kids.

South Africa- The Reception, Conciege and Guest Relations teams are terribly sour and unhelpful (getting assistance is like requesting a favour) - The resort offers quality food, drinks and facilities. However, I think they try to make up costs and boost profits in their ADD ON services. The horse-riding stables is an over-priced and the Spa is just ridiculous in prices (and not worth it). We saw that guests in Hurgarda book spas outside the resorts and we did the same - and the treatments are awesome. Not in the 5 star spa, but the treatment is great.
The family loved the resort. It's not dated, it's clean and the staff (except the Reception, Conciege and Guest Relations teams) are super friendly, helpful and polite. Unlike many All-Inclusive resorts, this one actually offers quality food, an extensive variety and good quality drinks. No short-changing in this area. The music and entertainment is also fantastic. Definitely better than ALL resorts we have visited across the world. We also loved the horse-riding. The horse-riding stables are neat and the team is awesome.

This seems like a typical way of making extra money, and we’re very disappointed with Booking.com as well. Despite sending 2-3 emails, they simply redirected us to deal with the hotel. It feels like everyone is trying to add extra charges, leaving tourists powerless.

The high-ceiling rooms are not only spacious but also beautifully designed, adding a touch of elegance to our stay. The heated pools were a highlight, making swimming enjoyable even during cooler days. The variety of restaurants exceeded our expectations, with each one offering delicious food and impeccable service. There were unlimited drinks and the staff will always make sure we had what we needed. There were also plenty of activities for kids, keeping the little ones entertained throughout the day. The spa experience was nice, providing the perfect way to relax and unwind. The entire property feels thoughtfully curated, catering to both families and couples. The staff were great always very welcoming, friendly, helpful and taking well care of us! We can’t wait to return and highly recommend RIXOS Hurghada to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway!

EgyptI recently stayed at the Rixos Premium Magawish in Hurghada with my family, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the receptionists. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any request set the tone for our entire stay. The food quality at Rixos Premium Magawish is outstanding. Every meal was a culinary delight, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The chefs clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the exquisite flavors and presentation. Whether dining at the main restaurant or enjoying a snack by the pool, the food never disappointed. A special mention must go to Kuku in the playing area. Kuku's energy and enthusiasm made our children's time there incredibly fun and engaging. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about entertaining kids, and Kuku went above and beyond to ensure they had a fantastic time. Our experience at the diving center, guided by Mr. Awad, was exceptional. Mr. Awad’s expertise and passion for diving were evident throughout our sessions. He made us feel safe and confident, and his knowledge of the local marine life enriched our diving experience immensely. It was truly a highlight of our trip. One of the most luxurious aspects of our stay was the private beach cabana experience. The cabana provided a perfect blend of privacy and comfort, with stunning views of the Red Sea. The attentive service and the serene environment made it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, Rixos Premium Magawish exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, engaging activities, and luxurious amenities made our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada.
