Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Netherlandsthe only thing that I missed was snacks between lunch and dinner. In my previous all-inclusive hotel (it was in Hurghada) there was a cafe where we could get sweet pastries around 16:00-17:00. I missed that in Charmillion. That was really the only thing that I missed, other than that, our stay was perfect!
Everything was amazing, a lot of facilities to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone is is super friendly and they do everything to help. The room is comfortable and spacious. We had sea view which was amazing, and we were also close to the pool. Everything was close by. The vibe there gives you the ultimate Egyptian holiday feeling.

LebanonWe were not able to secure connected rooms before hand. We loved our rooms but they weren't connected. We had to call for some services, things you expect to find available without needing to ask like towels, but that was ok they were very friendly and helpful and took care of the needed. The location is a bit far and taxi phone apps like uber and others didn't work, we had to bargain to get decent transportation prices. Alcoholic drinks could have been better, you don't find much mojito's, gin basil, blue hawaii, or margheritas
Friendly service. Good food. Great draft beer. Good snorkeling experience if you walk to the Charmillion club beach nearby and access off the bridge. We were given various free 1 time tickets as well, one to the aqua park, and to attempt their other restaurants. We were easily able to arrange for an extra bed on property. There was some good entertainment, foam party in the aqua park, iron man flying with water jet at the pool, water polo, etc.. definitely great place and worth repeating.

ChinaI had a wonderful stay at Charmillion Sea Life Resort in Sharm El Sheikh! The resort is beautiful, surrounded by palm trees, with clean pools and a stunning beach area perfect for snorkeling – we even saw jellyfish and corals in crystal-clear water! The food was varied and delicious, with options for every taste. A special thanks to Salah, who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He arranged our transfers smoothly and even stayed up late to remind us. Truly exceptional service – thank you, Salah! I’d definitely love to come back!

Slovenia1. Billiard was not included, which was a bit sad. 2. Netflix button was not working on the remote. Either it is not yet included in the hotels sistem or there is a problem. 3. WIFI was very inconsistent with each minute but thankfully people don't come here to enjoy foreign WIFIs'. But you can do your stuff that you need business or pleasure
