OtThe hotel was above my expectations. It was very nice that our room was ready when we checked in to the hotel and they allowed us to use the hotel facilities even though our flight was late. All employees were friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home. I would like to thank Farag Mahmoud for his interest and care. I would also like to thank the house keeper Ahmet. The hotel was very clean, the food was delicious.

Wifi could have been better and it was only available in common areas (bar and reception). Although, they have confirmed that they are working on upgrading it to the rooms as well and hopefully it will be available everywhere within a few months.

The hotel is very close to the airport (but not noisy at all), the taxi ride is less than 10 minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very quick, and they provided us a late check out at a good price (we could use all the all-inclusive services as well). Room was spacious, we even got an upgraded one (with a view to the sea instead of the garden). Clean, well equipped and the bed is very comfy. The common areas (bars, reception, etc.) have a very good atmosphere overall, and everything is super clean. Food is great, breakfast was awesome, lunch and dinner sometimes a bit repetitive and contains a bit more local dishes that might be too much for someone from Europe, but all in all it was good. Snacks are good too! Most of the drinks are also included in the all inclusive service (except some fancy wines and beers but you most likely don't need those anyway...). The pools were also very good, one of them is heated. Sea beach is also great with many sunbeds.

Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in our room

We are very lucky that we chose this hotel. Friendly and caring staff, animation, beautiful and well-groomed hotel grounds, room cleaning, cleanliness throughout, food - everything is at the highest level. We were a large group, three children, mother-in-law, my wife and I and sister (an experienced traveler). Everyone really liked it! We also took spa treatments and were pleased.

The resort is so clean, perfect view and facilities for everything. The most remarkable is the great staff especially our welcoming and arranging the whole stay cared by Ibram, he made our days out standing!

The service is amazing. All staff were very nice and they were well-trained how to deal with the guests. Really, just when I need something, you will find someone from nowhere someone to help you. My room was in an amazing location at the beach. Also, they were warmly welcoming when I arrived and left the hotel. And especially Mr. Ahmed Abdelkarim, the reception manager, really he was a very supportive person and was very welcoming. Really, the best image of the hotel in this person. Thanks to him and all the other staff and receptionists Thanks 😊

The beach was good, however I expected that there will be more corals and fish for snorkeling. But anyway there's almost nothing to complain about.

Very good destination, friendly staff Smooth check-in, even got a free upgrade to a family room nearby the restaurant in the ground floor so it can be easier for the kids stroller Restaurants and food variety were spot on.

The internet is slow and there is no connection in the rooms. And it would be easier to get the beach towels on the beach, but anyway they are so fast to bring them to the room, when you request a new one.

Everything, the location, hotel facilities, but the best part for me is the staff, who try to do more than their best to make the vacation amazing and to feel yourself at home.

Only a couple of negatives but they’re very minor as it was all so good , the beach toilets need to have more urinals & they’re a bit smelly . the sunbeds aren’t the best . I wouldn’t recommend booking with booking dot com if you need any help with customer services as it simply doesn’t exist , the hotel were brilliant but booking dot com let the side down I’d recommend using ex ped ia instead although they’re slightly more expensive

Ahmed Abdelkarim Went out of his way to make my stay exceptional, I only booked one night initially as I wa due to go to another hotel as I was staying in a few hotels on my trip but I stayed in the Jaz Sharks bay & they had a free bus to Jaz Belvadere I was so impressed I wanted to stay and once I stayed I never wanted to leave - I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an unforgettable 7 night 5 star holiday I would have happily stayed there 2 weeks , all the staff were brilliant & the animation team made my holiday , it had a really nice mix of Italian , british , Egyptian & Russian in both the team & guests - Kerrera makes the british feel so welcome ;)

Beautiful beach & staff. Ibram at reception was very helpful as always and kindly accommodated us with late check-out ! Yahia's cocktails on the beach were excellent, both very friendly guys. On the whole, the best staff at any hotel we have been to.

Very expensive spa, i think hotel should change the management of the spa in order to make everything perfect and in order not to go outside the hotel for having a massage as it is almost triple price the other spas in sharm elsheikh.

Everything was more than perfect, the staff were very friendly and polite. Mr, Amr the recepionist welcomed us very warmly making us an early check in, room upgrade and late check out all for free. The food is very delicious and the varities of food are endless. The drinks , cocktails and mocktails are incredible. The espresso is fantastic. The sea and the mountain made a perfect view. Spa is really good but expensive and the hotel tried to make us a discount there.
