FinlandFood was mushy and not that good. If I would go again, I would not take the all inclusive and eat out on restaurants. Some staff and animator were a bit too pushy, wanted us to follow them on IG, they did not leave before we did it. Hygiene is a joke. Restaurant staff accidentally dropped forks and spoons on the ground and just put them back on the table, not to the dishes. Sadly I got a diarrhea on the last day. We could not use the AC, since it made a huge noise on every setting. Probably a bearing from the fan was broken. Few power shortages happened and that meant that the safe deposit restarted and we had to ask the staff to unlock it. And of course they wanted tip. So my advice is not to use the deposit box. Some drinks and snacks are not included. The complimentary ala carte restaurant visit is a joke. The food is horrible, we did not even get everything we ordered even when we said this to the staff.
Decent hotel on Egyptian stadards. Service was okayish, some staff were better than others. Nothing fancy in this hotel complex. Animator teams were fine, a little too pushy sometimes. Location is fine and hotel feels safe.

EgyptThe property is undergoing renovation which we feel should have been disclosed from the get-go. The first night we were close to the renovation works and the noise was difficult to stay with but the next day when the hotel had room they changed it for us. In the new room the heat was not working, but this is to be expected with the level of occupancy. If you’re coming with a baby make sure to ask the staff for the “good baby-cot” Overall value for money was great , we were content everyone in the hotel looked satisfied

Buffet was tasty and well organised. Always plenty and refilled. Should meet every taste buds. Late dinner and packed food are made available. Repairs get fixed straightaway when reported. Rooms get cleaned every day and always pleasant to return back to room.

United KingdomThe first day we came we were upset as WiFi was only in lobby, but there was office of some guys who were selling it for 22$ per 7 days(only one device), expensive but helpful as some members of my family still needed to work. Some furniture in room needs to be changed, as time goes it gets older. There are 3 hotels in one (Marriete, Palma(the one we stayed in), ElPalacio and from one of them guests were coming to eat in our one, so sometimes you had to wait next to enter into dinning place, cuz there were no available seats.
Great location, close to shops, there is pharmacy on the territory, hospital, spa, aqua park, nice beach, good quality food (no one of my family got upset stomach as last year) cleaning service was there every day to clean our room. Next to hotel there were little where you could buy everything you needed. There are 2 swimming pools and 2 bars. Playground for kids and water caste for kids in aqua park. Managers and stuff were always friendly and helpful. I suggest you to visit their spa, you can say what massage would you prefer and they would make sure to relax your tensed muscles. Shower in room always had a hot water, tv had a few channels in different languages, air conditioners were cooling room well. I loved their entertainment program, every morning 11:30 there was an aqua gymnastic or dance lessons on the beach, evenings they had games for guests (like guess the movie by song), once a week ladies were live signing, belly dancers, foam parties for adults and kids.

we booked for 5 nights ended up staying for 7 , it is such a nice clean friendly place, all the staff are very helpful Hossam in reception is excellent. The food in the main restaurant was very nice all the staff that work there are excellent too. the pool bar gives a very good service as do the pool staff, housekeeping every thing an every one made our holiday fantastic.
