We booked for 350 usd from booking but there was extra 100 usd for tax and service.

Staff were nice. Beach is beautiful. Personnel at Mongolian restaurant was good.

Cocktails is not at the best quality. But if you go to VIP Lounge the cocktails will be very good. For VIP you need golden band.

Nice and clean hotel. Pools getting cleaned every day. Food is very good, there is something for everyone. Staff are amazing, they will make sure you feel happy. Beach is sandy and not far from hotel.

The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure we were having a great time! They went out of their way to accommodate us with anything that we needed big or small. Everyone was so kind and happy, really prioritized us and ensured we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back soon and recommend the resort to all our friends and family!

We loved everything about the hotel. Staff was exceptionally kind Omar at the reception was the kindest man ever. We loved the food in the buffet as well as a la carte options available. Our bartender and our waiter throughout the whole time we were there was Abdulaziz and Thomas. They were all smiles %100 of the time and Thomas was kept coming by our chairs during the day to make sure we are hydrated during the heat. On of the days we were there was my husband’s birthday and I can’t begin to tell you how thoughtful everyone had been. Not only they decorated our room but also they found out which restaurant we made reservations for that night and surprised us with a decorated table as well as a surprise birthday cake. Property itself is very clean entertainment during the evening was nice. Good for children as well (even though we came as a couple) we for sure are hoping to come back next year

I would definitely recommend this hotel for family’s of all ages. I chose a Swim up room, this was perfect as I was able to relax whilst the children enjoyed the pool and the small water parks located just across my room. The lifeguards were at every pool and security were constantly walking around the hotel ensuring the children were safe at the pool. Nothing was too much for the staff here, every request I made was dealt with straight away. This made my holiday stress free with my children. The children had an amazing time. Hotel rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. The manager Mohammed was very kind and helpful and ensured any queries were answered promptly. I will definitely be returning, thank you :)

Food was ok, but not adopted to the EU citizens, so it would be necessary to upgrade with more different international food, and the same applies to soft drinks, where there is almost no choice for low-calorie drinks. The fruit selection is also very poor, I excpected more.

The staff and management were more than friendly, they always help and taking care for our well-being. Rooms are big and clean but will slowly need renovation. They have amazing Mongolian kitchen, also other Asian kitchen was good.

I like everything in this resort .. the hospitality at reception, restaurants, life guards and everyone would like to give you an assisstance wherever you ask for .. The food is delciuous . I will rate it 4 out of 5 .. Actually is a nice place to look for a good vacation .

The shop onsite was VERY expensive , outdoor area for the entertainment could be slightly better , more tables etc. entertainment team was good however there was no encouragement for the kids club If you book any boat trips , please book in the Marina , a lot cheaper

Hotel beautiful , friendly staff , very clean , good food. Cheap Uber taxis to the Marina. The boat trip to paradise island definitely worth the trip however please book in the Marina as it’s a lot cheaper than using the hotel reps.
