The staff at the reception gives a very robotic service and every time we had a query and we were going to the desk, they wouldn’t acknowledge us unless we caught their attention. The facilities seem outdated

The Staff were genuinely freindly and one lovely young lady helped me with an anxiety /panic attack that i had !! She knew exactly what to say and do and just listen and understood what i was experiencing !!

Bathroom could do with an expel air unit connected. More English language channels on TV would be good too. Milk sachets to accompany tea/coffee facility would help.

Only 1 public lift that was out of action 1 9f my 3 days Just opened for season. Battery in remote for tv dead, initial air in tap supploes, soap dispensers seized, all things which shpud have been checked up for start.

Single room was very narrow but ok however the noise from the elevator and other guests was off putting, it needs soundproofing.

The hotel does advertise a sauna, hot tub/jacuzzi and fitness centre but the sauna was closed, the hot tub was apparently only warm in hot weather when the sun heats it up and the gym was very tired, with a lot of the equipment unusable. I'm presuming this was because we visited at the end of the season, but my children were disappointed, so perhaps these facilities could be classed as 'seasonal' in the blog. The only thing that I didn't like about the room was the height of the sink. I am only 5'2" but it was really high and hard to use. It looked as though the original one had been replaced at some point, but clearly by someone incredibly tall :D

The hotel is situated next to the beach, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a variety of shops all around. There are buses right outside that only take around 30 minutes to Palma. The hotel is really nice with a lovely Reception area and bar overlooking the sea. If you are staying in a group room, you will be in the Annex a few yards down the road. You can access this via the street or through the pool area, garden and via 2 lifts. Our room was spacious with tea & coffee facilities and a fridge. The balcony overlooked the street below, but the sound proofing was excellent and there was no noise during the night. The beds were very comfy and the room was clean, with daily housekeeping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast catered to every nationality and was plentiful and delicious, and the staff in the Breakfast room were very amenable and jolly. The pool was very cold, but we did visit in October so this was to be expected, and there were free towels available and sunloungers. Also, a roof top sun terrace if there was no room by the pool. Wi-fi is free. We would definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping was not up to standard which I believe was because of being short-staffed. Beds were not made and sheets do not fit the beds. Also bathroom soap dispenser was empty. No housekeeping carried out one day which was reported. Reception staff unable to grasp the problem when being explained.

Location convenient to beach and restaurants. Staff in the restaurant and bar were exceptionally efficient and friendly.

When we arrived in our room there were no shower towels, we had to ask reception 3 times to actually get some. We had an issue on our last night with some guests, there was a man & woman staying next door to us that kept us up all night shouting abuse at us, screaming at eachother, trying to get into our room & balcony and making two young girls feel very unsafe, we called reception lots and the man was a bit older and unhelpful (he was the only staff member we found to be like this everybody else was brilliant) eventually the police were called as it went on from around 11.30pm - 4.30am and they were taken away. The next day the manager spoke with us, the lady on reception that we had met before was very kind and the manager was very apologetic and got all our information etc to pass on, they gave us the room for the day FOC until we checked out that evening so we could get some rest which was very nice. It wasn’t their fault at all I can’t empathise this enough but ultimately I’ve never been in this situation before having travelled a lot and we felt very vulnerable in the middle of the night with nobody to help us in the situation until the police were finally called.

Property was lovely, great service, lovely pool area and grounds, perfect location on the beachfront, were able to check us in late at night, complimentary pool towels that can be swapped daily, free breakfast. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and a balcony with a lovely view.

The English breakfast wasn’t good undercooked n full of fat, queuing to make toast coz there was 1 little grill for the whole restaurant so by the time u made it breakfast was cold, the price of the drinks was so expensive 39 euros for 2 brandy’s unbelievable

The pool is very small with little sunbeds. We were fine as we went the first weekend in October, but I think you’d struggle for a bed in the high months. There is a roof top area, but again, limited beds. There is also a roof top bar but it wasn’t open.

The location is lovely. Not too busy but within walking distance of everything. The view of the sea is stunning & literally across the road. The breakfast staff couldn’t do enough & we’re so friendly. Very clean too & you could smell the cleanliness throughout the hotel.
