How busy it got but that’s out of the control of the hotel

Room is always ready for arrival (11am the last two times!), accommodated putting our group together and it’s in an ideal location.

There is building work next door at the Port Benidorm hotel at the moment, but don't let it put you off booking here. You still get a good night's sleep. It never bothered us once.

This place basically saved our short break. After booking a sub-standard Air bnb, we decided to move here. Best decision!!! The staff are lovely and friendly, reception and lovely pool area are well kept. Great value for money for the two bedroom apartment we stayed in. There are plenty of places for breakfast on the doorstep, beach is a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, the construction work going on next door meant noise was constant all day starting at 7.30 am. Checkout time of 10 am.

Ideal location for us being 5 mins from the beach & just far enough away from the main strip to avoid the associated nighttime noise.

No mugs in room for a decent brew, luckily we brought our own; could do with a couple of tea towels to dry up & apartment floor wasnt the cleanest, couple bad marks/stains probably would have come off with a little bit more effort

Bit noisy as thin walls and windows, lift to top floors took ages, not spotlessly clean but ok, no restaurant for breakfast at hotel

Bathroom kept flooding from the shower every time. With 4 lads using it, the room became a swimming pool with nothing offered but towels to soak up the water. Unfortunately there's major work being done in a nearby hotel so it's EXTREMELY loud.

Some real inconsistency on departure. Told I needed to produce a receipt for deposit however I was never issued one. Then told I had to wait for staff to check room. Lady was unhelpful and I was then followed out in a very aggressive manner by a male staff member. Got my deposit in the end but they were 100% trying it on

Although the apartment was very clean and spacious the double bed in the second bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and the couch come sofa bed was the worse piece of furniture I have ever encountered for a family of four to sit on. The bathroom tap was constantly running running as it was broken leaving the sound of running water being heard in the apartment. If these issues had to be fixed it would have been a most excellent stay.

A few things in the apartment needed some attention, the balcony door didn’t lock properly, the bathroom door handle was loose, and there was no bowls, but we made do.

I stayed here with my 3 children, it was fab, pools was great, indoor pool was a bonus when it was a bit chilly, pool table, pool bar. Staff lovely. Beds comfy, apartment clean.

We weren't notified of building work going on very close by. The noise very early in the morning and all through the day was very annoying. Second bedroom is very small, very tight for two people. Apart from that we had a great stay
