Scaffolding was up due to painting not a problem except they had tarpaulin covering it, very windy days tearing tarpaulin and made a constant horrendous noise, they eventually took tarpaulin down but was awful . Although breakfast was excellent and loads of choice and eggs cooked to perfection while you waited the food from hot servers was cold and we had to heat up in microwave

Everything was good. My only minor irritation was the room service coming in and emptying the bin every day. They put a new plastic bag in the bin and took the old one away even though I maybe only had a couple of tea bags in it. It seemed to me to be creating a lot of unnecessary plastic waste.

The location is good. I have stayed there before so I knew my way around. I was self catering so did not buy any meals on the premises. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful.

Very hilly area , the balconies could be made more private as when you sit out , you really sit out with everyone else, just steel bars between everyone s room . .

Didn’t like the fact we had to wait until 3PM to get into our room when we arrived at 10AM (as we stated in the booking) it’s a long time to wait and keep yourself busy especially after a flight when you want a shower/freshen up etc. Can only imagine how annoying it would be for a family with kids etc

The check-in was not good. We booked a Superior room for 2 adults + 2 children but they only had registered 2 guests. We were lucky that we arrived 20 minutes before the recepcionist left and they managed to include the extra bed. However, the message was that we didn't do the booking right and we had to leave a deposit until they confirmed the day after that everything was right. I have double checked and it really seems that via Booking these type of reservations only include 2 guests, so have this in mind if you have 2 kids and make sure that they have this into account. Another point is the noise from the other rooms. We were on the ground floor and we could hear almost everything from the family staying on top of us.

The animation they have during the day for kids and families is great and keep you entertained for those days with no plans. Their breakfast was also great.

No aircon in rooms may be an issue in the height of summer . A buffet brunch is offered all morning but my personal preference is I would have liked the option to just get a lighter snack in the morning.

Good location , very clean and well maintained. A small cosy hotel with very friendly helpful staff . Nice bar area and lots of sunbeds . Small mini market in the bar area was useful although there are shops and a supermarket in walking distance.

We came with a group friends and we rented two apartments. The one for 3 people was super clean and renovated, but the big one (for 5) had a bit old facilities and the guys found cockroaches in the living room and kitchen like 2-3 times… I know that it’s a general problem in Tenerife, but in my opinion hotels should pay more attention to it.

Location of the hotel was great (supermarket, bus station and the city centre nearby), the stuff was very nice and easygoing and beds were super comfortable.

Good place to stay. Lovely pool and lounge chairs. But there was little ventilation in the room, therefore at night it wasn’t easy to cool the apartment. Also, quite dusty when we arrived, despite a cleaning person doing a daily round. Almost daily got clean towels and sheets. Kitchen good enough, but some utensils (like wooden spoon for cooking) missing. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Walking distance (15 min)to the town and beach. Always easy to park our rental car out front (for free).

The room we requested wasn't available on arrival, so we were put in a different room for one night (it was still lovely), which they were very apologetic about and then moved to another room the next day.

Lovely big room and friendly reception staff. Room was also very clean and had a lovely sunny balcony.
