Facilities were very good at Paraiso del Sol. Pool bar service excellent.

Roughly a 4 minute walk from reception over the viaduct to get to apartment. Pool is beside reception. Path could do with some work and lots of litter at side of viaduct along route could be cleaned up. Bottom of bathroom wall could be cleaner and a few tightened screws here and there wouldn’t go amiss. No air conditioning might be a problem for some people. Attention to some minor issues could make this place very good.

We stayed in Paradero 2 which had the updated rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking/eating equipment eg toaster, coffee maker…Small but adequate patio area looking onto a garden with hills in background. Fresh towels and room freshened every 2nd day, beds changed mid week. Lovely big beach towels available at reception for a small fee. Good location albeit a bit too close to the strip ( which thankfully despite proximity wasn’t too noisy except maybe Saturday night)

I really liked the rooms, they were modern, spacious and felt very clean. I was a little worried to stay because I’ve seen some negative reviews, however this place genuinely exceeded my expectations and I had a lovely stay! The pools were great and the poolside bar was very generously priced. In a perfect location, walking distance to clubs but you can’t hear anything at night.

I'm sorry to say this because the hotel was great, but one day we invited friends to dinner at the hotel restaurant. I was ashamed because the choice of food was very poor. We took fish, but it was cooked disgustingly. There was also a casserole, but it looked like a mess There was not even just water to drink.

We had an apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. The location of the hotel is excellent, there are two grocery stores with a good selection nearby. The sea, the central bus stop, everything is within walking distance.

Lots of people putting the towels on the sun beds round the pool so some days we couldn't get one even though they wasn't there just the towels.

The staff was lovely and friendly. Albert was lovely . Could do with a lick of paint some if it. But was a great place to stay

The place was clean and quiet and a handy location, could probably benefit from a bit of updating but the beds were comfy and the cleaning staff were pleasant and arrived daily to freshen up our apartment which was very spacious

Loud building work directly outside apartment. Impossible to be in apartment between 8am and 7pm due to incessant noise.

I guess it's not exactly the hotel's fault (it's the same all over Tenerife), but it's annoying that you can't eat at the pool bar with children because someone is smoking there all the time. I didn't see any signs that would somehow divide the smoking/non-smoking areas. Someone may miss the absence of a microwave oven in the apartment

Rooms extremely basic door opening onto balcony was a struggle to open wife couldn't do it at all quite a few cracked tiles on the floor in bedroom and on balcony bathroom was well maintained and shower was powerful enough

Good points , Value for money , great location , pool area is lovely , staff are brilliant . Gave me the key for the side gate as my daughter is disabled :) . Room was cleaned and fresh bedding .
