Amazing location, you are right next to the beach and hear sea waves directly from the balcony

The lounge furniture is not very comfortable.

The location and sea view is great. The bathroom was newly refurbished, the shower is very good. Everything you need in the kitchen. The heating was very efficient.

There isn’t any except parking could be difficult. Thankfully the public parking was only 5 minutes away by walk.

Location and the vicinity of the apartment was very comfortable for us. We drove by car, very much impressed about the place and how organised the apartment was when we arrived. Time is not a problem as everything went smooth remotely. Waking up to watch sunrise from balcony was an added bliss. Highly recommended.

Poor air conditioning

Great location, right on the beach and beautiful promenade. Close to shops, restaurants, bars. There was no problem finding a parking space on the street (free). Very clean. Apartment large and well equipped. Side view of the sea. Very nice and communicative Service.

Nothing major. The sofa was slightly uncomfortable to stay on for a couple of days. There was a bit of a smell from the toilet/pipes in the bathroom. Sadly, no recycling option available.

The apartment was very close to the beach and promenade, with a view of the sea on our side (see pictures). There was an elevator in the building block, which is helpful for people with mobility issues. Manager was very friendly and responsive, when we needed some extras. Apartment was clean, and had all the basic amenities like towels, soap, kitchen stuff plus a washing machine etc., which was practical. Just to note: There a few steps to get into the building, which is no problem for people who don't have any mobility issues, but might be an issue for those who have.

The location was just awesome - beach in front of the apartment I am glad we booked the garage parking, as the parking on the street didn’t look very promising. But I must say the garage was not very easily accessible too, getting there and especially getting out was quite scary. But we got used to that… The apartment is a bit older, could use some renovation, but overall very good.

The location of the apartment was excellent overlooking the sea with restaurants, beaches and shops very nearby. The host Joan always replied within minutes to answer any questions which was a great help.

I didn’t find the bed very comfortable but can live with this as everything else was fine.

Location & view from the balcony was superb. I could sit there all day people watching. The appt are secure with key card entry with lift to all floors.

There are no basic like salt pepper, oil or coffee etc so you need to buy all of you are going to cook

Electric Kettle didn’t work. We would appreciate if there were any spices, even basics like salt and pepper. Beside that everything was perfect.

Room and the building are great. Apartament is very spacious and the view is just the best and astonishing. Locations is fantastic but there is Bug problem with parking. We had to park 7 minutes from building, so not so far. Use one of the municipal parking they are free like every parking spot in Cala Millor.

Not a problem for me but for the ladies it did not have an hair dryer or I could not find one.

Great host, this apartment is clean and tidy and homely, has all the facilities to live in. Has a large living room come kitchen diner, large bedroom and a spacious bathroom with walk in wet room for a shower. It's in a great location near to the sea (2min walk)and restaurants and bars. The price of this apartment is great value for money, I will return.

I recommend using a standard metal kettle instead of an electric one. The taste of the water from the latest has some chemical flavour.

Great location, nice big balcony, spacey bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Very good standard vs price ratio.
