There are lots of steps to get to the rooms which would not be great for anyone with mobility issues. It would have been so much better if there was a mirror in each room as we were a group of girls so getting ready wasn't great as only 1 of the 3 bedrooms had a long mirror. All of us sharing the same bathroom wasn't ideal either but for the money, we could not complain. It would also have been great to have an iron in the room.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were lovely. It was very clean and the pool area was great with plenty of sunbeds available. The animation team were great too!

One plug, so it wasn’t working. Radiators came on at evening time, way too hot already. Mattresses not very comfortable.

The sun was on balcony for seven hours of the day. Red kitchenette with microwave. Smart TV was an unexpected surprise ideal for when you have kids you can link up your Netflix or Disney+ account.

No lifts, no proper sofa bed. Would not have more than 2 adults and 1 small child in a room and the sofa was not comfy

The staff are amazing, David on reception was so helpful and the snack bar guys.

Buses often came full (We stayed over Easter) and after waiting for over an hour a couple of days, one day we took a taxi to Palma (20€-25€).Take mosquito repelent.The buffet dinner was not really worth it on the night we went.

The location, the staff: they sorted taxis and offered invaluable help (Leona is a star, the cleaners are lovely); the beautiful beaches 2 mins away. The rooms were nice and our pool view apartment was very nice and on the first floor(this was a plus, as there are no lifts). The bus stop to Palma (104-105) and Palma Airport(A11) just outside the hotel. The Eroski supermarket round the corner was very handy. We would go back.

The staff are always warm and welcoming. I would put this as the most accepting of children with neurodiversities we have ever visited. Oscar the entertainment staff member keeps you smiling throughout the who holiday. Bar staff are so friendly. Hotel is always spotlessly clean.. fantastic location.

Cleaned everyday with fresh bedding and towels. Grounds kept immaculate and the staff are lovely and helpful.

The kitchen was a bit dated. We didn’t use this apart from the fridge and kettle. Although someone came to do the towels daily they made one bed (of 6) on the first day, no beds on the second and 2 of 6 on the third. This was not a problem we found it quite funny. There are a lot of steps at the property

It was very clean. The apartment didn’t smell like it had been used in a long time but was clean and once we opened up the windows the smell went . Towels replaced daily., bins emptied daily. The hotel was not very occupied so it was extremely quiet the pool was empty but they still did animations etc for the kids. Reception was very helpful and the lady at the bar was notably very friendly and accommodating. We had a room upgrade to a larger accommodation which was unexpected but appreciated so the kids did not need to share. The breakfast buffet was nice, we did not need to book just turn up and pay on the day. The beds were comfy. Any issues we had in the apartment were resolved quickly.

I didn't like climbing up the stairs. The apartment was on the second floor.

I enjoyed my stay in Aquasol. The staff were very nice, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The value for money was excellent. We will definitely return to Aquasol.

Limited selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Furniture in the rooms is outdated and there is a smell of "old" in the air if you don't keep the windows open all the time.

The staff was very friendly! Half board option is good value/money Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast is a big + in my eyes!

The CCTV cameras are pointed directly at a number of apartment blocks. We were not aware of this until the last day when we spotted our apartment block on the reception cameras and we could see our friends by the sliding balcony door chatting. Particularly because the room it’s looking into is considered a bedroom as it has a double sofa bed. Felt like a disgusting invasion of privacy and totally changed what up until then was the perfect hotel. I can understand wanting to monitor the outside areas but there is no reason for those cameras to be looking into rooms.

The pool, 24h shop/reception, bar, and room were lovely, it seemed like the perfect place.

Staff in all departments were really friendly and helpful. The grounds are really well kept with nice gardens. Our 3 bed apartment was spotlessly clean, more spacious than I expected and towels changed every day. No problem getting sun loungers any time of the day , but it was early September so it wasn’t overly crowded. Great snack menu at the pool side bar. Short walk to restaurants and beach. A11 bus to the airport stops outside the apartment.

The room was supposed to be for three adults. It turned out that one of us was supposed to sleep on a sofa which did not expand as a bed. The room was prepared for two persons only so we had to personally do the third "bed", including to collect sheets from reception following our arrival after midnight. The room faced a main road so lots of traffic. No lifts in the property but there are a lot of stairs so it is not convenient at all if you travel with suitcases or strollers - both within the property's yard and in the separate apartment buildings.

The third floor was a bit hard on the knees without elevators, but not awful.

Breakfast is a large buffet with many options. The parking lot is definitely large enough. The swimming pool was fun. The property is close to the beach and beautifully kept.

The pool was quite cold, but as this was October it's maybe to be expected.

Great welcome from David at the reception desk to start us well. Clean apartment, good facilities, attractive site and great location. The beach is just a short walk, it's a lovely beach, safe for children, and the water was so clear.
