You can use free WiFi only in Hotel Lobby, if You want it in a room, you have to pay for it (15€/7 days). You dont get shower gel and shanpoo and also there is no hair dryer (you can ask for it at reception). Breakfast could have more options. During dinner, we have to pay for drinks (which are free for breakfast).

We really liked the location of the hotel. The hotel was close to the beach, and to the bus stop (which is well connected to the rest of the island). We got a quite large room with a see-view. In the room you have all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was solid and the dinner was delicious with plenty of choices The hotel staff was doing everything they could to help us with almost anything we asked. Good option is excursions that the hotel offers (Island Tours).

No Wi-Fi. Daily Wi-Fi is charged at £5 a day for one device. The walkways and staircases to the apartments were not kept clean.

Located next to the beach. It also has a good sized pool and offers a daily cleaning services. It was lovely returning to a clean apartment at the end of the day.

Apt could have been cleaner when we arrived. Decor dated and outside areas not cleaned regularly during our stay.

Large Apartment. Lovely view. Close to supermarket and bus stop. Nice pool area with lovely lady running the bar. She was so friendly and helpful. Had top floor apt which had direct access to the road so was handy when getting taxi home as we were dropped right to the door. Location quiet, short walk to matagorda and 20 mins to PDC strip.

The speed of the separately paid internet was a bit slow. I didn't like that for the evening meal (which was included in the price we paid) no drinks are provided, not even tap water. You are not allowed to bring your own tap water to the restaurant. The only option is to buy the drinks from the bar.

Breakfast is an unlimited buffet that includes croissants, cakes, bread, cold meats, cheese, eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, yoghurt, cereals, fruit, salads, fruit juice, and coffee or tea. The terrace was very big and a nice place to sunbathe.

On arrival at midnight six half dead cockroaches welcomed us - ground floor apartment. Spoke to staff and requested different apartnent. Upgraded immediately to very spacious first floor pool view apartment. Happy with that.

Liked the pool. Quiet at night. Spar shop very near-very handy. Apartment spacious - this was an upgrade.

Ideal location for access to main family attractions, (RANCHO TEXAS) Zoo and country night easily accessible by taxi for about 5 euros.local bus service to PDC and Costa Teguise (children 3 and under are free,pushchairs stowed in luggage rack under bus. Approx 3 euros per ticket. Very good places to eat in the vicinity of the hotel ( Indian, Italian and Spanish. Great choice of other places to eat within 15 to 20 minutes walk either left or right. Swimming pool at hotel well maintained and never to busy lots of sunbeds if that is your thing also poolside bar for drinks etc, .Good quality breakfast lots of choices to cater for all tastes. An excellent for good value family accommodation (I booked 2x2 bedroom apartments and 1x1 bedroom apartment .

The apartment was VERY basic and smelled weird I think it might have been the drains and because it rained a lot while we were there we struggled getting stuff dry.

The pool was great really big and clean, the beach being so close is also brilliant. The beds were comfortable which is good, I have known much better places have much worse beds. The spar being across the road from the complex is really handy. The breakfast was basic but good and a fair amount to choose from, it wasn't 5 star but we weren't paying 5 star prices. All in all cheap and cheerful it was everything we needed and good value for money.

I booked two apartments and as requested they were side by side and close to the pool . The only issue I had was that 1 of them was very dated and needs upgrade.

Too many steps up to our apartment but that's the price you pay for such a fantastic view.

Location was fantastic...right on the seafront. We had a great view of the beach and promenade from our balcony. Supermarket, restaurants and bus stop only a minute away.

Location in Puerto del Carmen was ideal - quiet but near the 'strip'. Staff were incredible. Breakfast was good and served really efficiently. Reception really helpful. Housekeeping was good

Air con would have been amazing. Our room had a terrace which wasn't as handy as a balcony on the plus side there was nobody staying above us and scraping furniture and making noise. The door handle was falling off. We were unable to book the room for late check out and while there is a baggage room and shower facilities, the shower facilities are actually in one of the apartment blocks while the baggage room is close to reception. A shower room close to the baggage area would have been much handier.

It's in a very quiet area with a massive beach straight across the road. Lovely clear water. There were restaurants and shops in either direction from where we were. A brilliant walk way and bicycle track. Very close to airport.

The Costa Mar met our expectations. very good value for money. Particularly want to mention Tony at reception, always helpful always friendly really went our of his way to assist when we had questions.
