The accomodation is a non-smoking area, it is a bit misleading that ashtray was found on premises.

Very friendly and polite hotel staff, I would especially like to note the work of housekeeping. We had a room on the 5th floor with a stunning view of the ocean and the pool, the room is spacious and very clean. Cleaning in the rooms every other day. We took breakfast and dinner. We were especially pleased with the dinner in the restaurant near the hotel, it was very tasty and satisfying)

The wifi signal was very poor - unable to use a laptop, and the wifi signal kept dropping from my phone. The bar was not open in the evenings. Not a great hardship, admittedly, but we did think it would be nice to sit in the bar area, with a glass of wine, and music playing. There were 'double bed' sun loungers on an upper part of the pool terrace. These were not used at all, because you had to pay to use them. It seemed a waste of space, when the regular loungers (which all had cushions) were so comfortable. Why not make the double loungers free, or put more regular loungers in the space instead?

Great room, wonderfully hot and powerful shower. Superb balcony and view. Excellent pool and pool area. Excellent location. Great breakfast. Great music playing during the day. Decent, large pool towels.

Nice location with beautiful views and relaxing area around the pool. Wifi stopped working in the room for the last day or so. Only 1 mirror in the room which was in the bathroom.

Staff members are very kind, shopping centre, supermarkets nearby, beach is not too far. In halfboard the dinner was next to the hotel in grill house. Quality serving with starters, main courses and dessert as well. Breakfast was good but the same every day. Swimming pools, especially children's pool aren't heated.

the food was disgusting. the hotel serves the worst quality ham - my husband and I decided to buy our own and bring it for breakfast. the meals are either overfried or downright raw, this was the case with eggs. if you come for breakfast around 10, many things are gone and you might as well go to town to eat. coffee from a powder machine. on the last day even the orange juice machine stopped working. I recommend not taking breakfast here and finding a place that respects its guests and can prepare something edible. the hotel requires significant repairs. unfortunately its best days are behind it. in our room there was a broken shower head or a clogged shower.

Lack of bars in the resort.Sea was always rough. No bar at night in the hotel.

Location-quiet at pool.Buffet breakfast-room was modern and facing away from any roads .Close to large beach Public transport-easy to get to from airport. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Loads of sun loungers and free.

Excellent locations We had a laugh every day about who is get there first(pool)Race for the best position at the pool.We seriously reduced the age of the guest from 80 to 72 average. Great fun every day:)

All the staff were so friendly and helpful, bar staff were top! The rooms were great and had everything you needed. Pool was great with plenty of sun beds. And a great location- near the beach, supermarket 50m away and close to the beach.

Pillows didn't smell fresh, possibly as there was no pillow protector. Mattress not very comfortable, there was a dip in mine & it easily moved off the bed. Bathroom towels very skimpy, we used the pool towels which were better quality

Room decor is very basic; some broken tiles are visible; tiles have been fixed but do not match other tiles beside them; ceiling bumps need fixing; and the toilet seat moved and needs fixing down. One night I was hot and could not figure out the AC machine. I think a basic brochure needs to be in the room for the AC unit instructions and the safe instructions.

Breakfast buffet, view from balcony, quiet area, near shops and restaurant in Shopping centre, close to main island bus route, regular room cleaning. Mini kitchen and fridge is helpful. Wardrobe was new and bed lockers plus the tv unit was new. I liked that TWO firm pillows were available each.
