Main gripe was lack of umbrellas round second pool. It was hot and there was very little shade. Cleaning service was erratic. Get rid of the small bath and put in a proper shower tray.

Although the good was great, the buffet room could use a bit of a spruce. It’s very echoey, making it almost hard to understand the person across the table from you when it’s busy.

Ambience of the restaurant- it felt like a canteen! Amount of stairs to room The shower tray, no matter how hard we tried to prevent it, we always had to mop up the floor as it spilt over the shower tray! Balcony unusable due to table & chairs sitting in water due to rain from fall overnight!

I really wanted a massage but couldn't find one. The main pool is monopolised by Brits and families but we went to the beach every day or the small pool which few seem to use. There wasn't a mirror in the room only in the bathroom which steamed up so an easy fix. The wifi was very unreliable.

The location is amazing, near to the beach, close to shops, bars, restaurants. Also for visiting the rest of the island by car. A supermarket is just opposite and a great bar is just across the road. The sun sets over the beach which you can cross the road to watch. There is lots of free parking just around and near the hotel. The food is a good selection as I am a pescatarian and my partner is an omnivore. The staff are great especially in the restaurant. Alberto and Javi were particularly helpful, friendly and offered lots of useful information. Alberto gave us great information on Arrecife where we were staying next which was to visit Chica Playa and the restaurants around the small lake which we did. The beaches are small but lovely to swim at and relax.

Perfect location close to the sea, huge apartments, 2 sides with baby pools and larger pools, absolutely fantastic place for a family holiday, Supermarket is 10 steps out of the front door and restaurants steps away from the accommodation.

Location was good. Suite was good, although no air con,. bathroom had no air, fan, or window so was very uncomfortable to shut the door. There was a microwave, but no tools to use if you wanted ( we didn’t) Receptionists were very helpful and pleasant with plenty of people skills. Breakfast was excellent , and staff there were excellent.

Pool sunbeds are a bit of a battle. We're not really sit round the pool people but if you are be at the ready for those beds.

Staff were great especially animation team. Pool was good. Our 7 year old loved pool and club. Room was spacious.

Mattress was a little too hard for me. We had a suite, and it was noisy with staff trolleys being pushed back and forth close by. Quiet at night, though. Number 51.

A great family resort! It was very clean and in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I would highly recommend it! Beautiful views from the restaurant!
