The bar: The worker asked us to wait a bit to take the order and forgot about it. Afterwards he just decided to ignore us for 30 minutes like we were not even there. We waited for nothing and just left. The parking: Pity that there were not enough places by the garage of the hotel. Reception informed us about the two places nearby, but ourselves we found another one few minutes further waking, that saved us 10 euro per day. So better do your own research then rely on recommendations. The room: It did not disturb us but we still can’t get why there’s a huge window from the bathroom to the room. For what reason. No curtain, no any possibility not to wake up each other at night if someone needs to go to the bathroom. Weird design solution.

The lugagge room is not safe at all! Anyone can have access and it is very easy for someone to take your luggage.

They could pay more attention when cleaning the rooms (we found hair and some black material residue on the sheets, tiny but visible and we had to remove it by hands) You can't take anything from the hotel restaurant - there is a note places on every table. I didn't pay attention and brought two bananas with me to eat in the room, and I had to take them back. Honestly, this is the first time I'm seeing this rule and it doesn't sit right with me. I understand that we should not take entire plates of food out, but we're talking about fruit that we paid for. Soundproofing could definitely be improved. Our room was in the building with the reception, and we could clearly hear guests above us, particularly at night. On our last day, they decided to change the advertisement on the roof. A truck and lift were operating all day, so it was impossible to relax in or around the hotel due to the noise. I understand the work needed to be done, but the timing was unfortunate, especially with the busy season just starting.

Food quality was very poor for a 4 star hotel. Hotel is now modern but the queueing up to go into the restaurant is antiquated. Coffee was like Tar. Other 4 star hotels better and cheaper.

Some of the breakfast staff were quite miserable but helpful enough. There was one particular bar staff that was so rude to everyone, adults and children. He took a water gun from a child in the pool and was shouting at him. This child was just playing as you would expect on holiday, none of us guests were bothered by the child and no one had complained, but this bar man was angry about it for some reason. He tried to snap at me and tell me as an adult, that I must sit up straight in the sofa chair that I was relaxing on in the bar. So I snapped back at him and told him where to go and not to talk to me. He snapped at some females asking questions about the lunch menu. Unfortunately, I did not get his name but I will upload a picture of him. This man needs to be retrained in customer care and customer service or leave the job because he is a miserable old man.

Hotel looked as pictured. Reception staff were lovely. Room was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Bedding was clean. House keeping were friendly and helpful.

The room has only one key. Double rooms has glass window, so if you are a couple, you will live in the room where you can see each other in the bathroom

Noise from other people staying no sound proofing could hear everything had to be asked to be moved because of it, which the hotel kindly done for us much appreciated, food a bit repetitive too especially at night but still tasty.

Nice location quite central to shops cafes etc and the local bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. Comfortable beds and pillows. Brilliant showers and hot water. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

The bed was quite hard, we could hear the music from the pool area in our room. The minibar didn't get very cold.

We were a group of 6 people and it was possible to sit on one table for breakfast and dinner. The foodplates were always full and the customized omelette was delicious. They put my medicaments in a freezer and I could get it whenever I needed it. The pool was clean. The maid came every day and looked after our room. She was very nice and made sure that we have everything. Our parking spot was very good and we felt save in leaving our car there.

Walls were incredibly thin which would have been a real problem if you were a light sleeper.

Pool was great and the restaurant/bar was well stocked. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting and resolving any query or concern that we had. Probably the best value for money stay that I’ve had.
