the Bali bed was at front side of hotel on our terrace which gets no sun at this side thus we paid the 120 foe nothing so its mis sold in fact unless you are at the rear of hotel so really we should have a refund

The lighting in the hotel room was a little clinical.

Friendly staff, great buffet with a lot of variety. The hotel was also very supportive during the IRONMAN event and offered breakfast earlier than usual. If you bring a bike, it is safely stored in a shop.

The pillows and room space could be better: there could be more hangers or furniture to hang or organize things, even a bin in the room would be already helpfil

The hotel itself is great, the activities, the kind staff, the shower facilities if you have to wait for your plane was awesome! The Pools were great and everything was clean. Location was awesome too! Food in breakfast and dinner were really good, with plenty options - even for vegetarians like me. The restaurant staff was extremely polite and kind!

It should have been told that half of the balibed rooms are on the northern side of the building and no sun at all during the whole day.

The wall between the bathroom and bed is made from glass, so it does not cancel noise very well.

Very nice half board. The cuisine was exceptional and to any taste. There are 2 pools and bars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony is very spacious and has hangers to dry wet clothes!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room is bright and clean with a view to the pool! Our room is cleaned by the staff within the stay. Breakfast is great and provides wide variety of choices. Can’t expect more.

Generally happy with the experience. Came here for few days of cycling and I was able to get what I wanted. Only thing I would be more happy with is some tea/coffee available in the room. There is a kettle and mugs so I would expect some kind of condiments too. Good selection of food.

The light from the fridge lit the room up at night so we just unplugged it. Service at the poolside bar was a little slow but generally OK.

Very clean, food was amazing, with loads of vegan options. The staff were very helpful. Our room was perfectly located next to the lift (very quiet at the far end of the building) and was 20 yards from the bike centre, which was so convenient. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. Some quite good and others pretty awful.

The doors to the rooms do not have a frame, which causes a lot of noise to come in to the room (people walking in the corridor, people depositing glass bottles in the recycling been). That impacted our sleep. The surrounding area is touristy and underdeveloped. It's mostly hotels, couple of grocery stores and pubs catering to British tourists. For nightlife look somewhere else. Mosquitoes are also present in the area.

The food in general is on a high level, both breakfast and dinner are varied and there are a lot of local and international options. Both the hotel and the room are very clean and the staff is very attentive. The hotel is close to the beach with sunbeds. It also the place where boat trips start.

Well, I would say, that these things aren't most important for us, but still - private parking lot would be nice, because there is no place to stop a car and take out luggage, heavy traffic around hotel. Bathroom wasn't quite comfortable in a room. But still, I would recommend this hotel with high rate.

Nice hotel, always smiling staff. Food is always served with taste, breakfast and dinner are very delicious and various. Every evening we had a pleasure to watch shows - singers, musicians.

The TV wasn’t working or connecting to the internet for the day of really bad weather. Technician was not on the premises to fix this.

From the staff, to the selection of food and drinks and the vibes at both pools suited to everybody, this hotel really has got everything absolutely spot on.

Would have been nice to have the option of water jugs at dinner as all drinks are payable.

Really helpful service- we had a late evening arrival time and the hotel arranged for dinner boxes in our room which really helped!
