The food was almost the same every day, however the selection is wide. The pool is not heated, it was not useable at the end of April. There parking place are few, there is a big place "for parking", but it was forbidden and we got a penalty from police.

Everything was fine and clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. The food quality is medium-high, the location is easy reachable with rented car. Beach is 200 meters about. The bed is really comfortable.

A couple of snags on the room, but these were addressed within minutes by the reception team (water was turned off, and safe was locked, but they arrived within 5mins on both occasions). The safe turned out to be non-functional unfortunately, so do make sure to check that (my companion's safe however was just fine). The television sports a number of streaming services on the remote, but none of these work, and the television can only pick up terrestrial channels. Other than this, the WiFi could be slightly patchy, but was in no way unusable. Very small issues for such a nice space! One note regarding the restaurant: The overall prices are fantastic, but keep in mind if you are half-board you will only have access to water at dinner, and should you wish to add a 3rd meal to your day this will come at a somewhat hefty charge,

Fantastic hotel. Spotless all round, large pool area, great value buffet-style restaurant (the food can be a little basic, but for the price it's great). Rooms are a great size, with comfy beds and modern, bright furnishings. Everything is kept spotlessly clean by the facilities team. Hotel has a bus stop for Palmanova, Palma, and the airport right outside. The centre of Magaluf is a 15min or so walk, but it's all flat and very easy. Look out for the interesting wild chickens on the path into town.

Cocktails on the pool bar were super nice, and the food choice was great. Awasn't working in one room, called the reception, and they sent the technician who fixed the issue in mater of 5 minutes. Hotel staff was super friendly, especially Raquel at the pool bar

Limited entertainment for kids.

Not too busy even in August. After reading reviews, we were concerned about noise of groups but it was actually fine. Not a huge choice of food but not necessarily a bad thing for an all inclusive! Always good cooked meat and veg on offer.

The lifts were always busy, just two for such a big hotel it's a real shame

The hotel was extremely convenient because of its position: a few minutes from the centre and the bus stops. The food was great and there was a lot of choice, things kept changing everyday. The room was cleaned everyday. I enjoyed my vacation

Sometimes there was a really rush environment till the early morning.

We loved the meal (breakfast/dinner). The location of the hotel was very closed to city and not long distance to sea. There is a possibility to enjoy the sand beach but also the cliffs. We did the snorchling often and we also enjoyed driving to other places like Cap Formentor, Alcudia, or some nice beaches on the island. We would really reccomend to visit this hotel. There is also a really great possibility to go by bus directly from the airport, it takes 40minutes.

Most staff (with few exceptions)…don’t know, seems like they hate their job and hate being there. Didn’t look welcoming at all. This didn’t cause any problems for us, but just looked bit weird. No smiles, no welcomings, seems trying to avoid any interactions with guests. Long wait for elevators.

Great location, beach and town centre 10 minutes to walk, bus stop is almost on the doorstep. Nice swimming pool, good choice of food, nice and bright rooms. Wifi was ok also.

a half board deal didn't include for 'dinner 'regular drinks like tea/coffee/orange juice/Fanta ,you could only have water and beer/wine cost 5€

The Superior double room is nicely decorated, very close to the beach and many shops/ restaurants. Fresh towels every day, very friendly cleaning staff. Food was good , however some plates and mugs were not cleaned properly,you could see some lipstick marks etc.

As I said, the only negative thing is the noisy companies of teenagers in the first half of July (you need to warn immediately the security guards at the reception, they will fix problems for a few seconds :).

Good hotel with all amenities: clean and nice room, delicious food, polite staff, good room cleaning. The trip to the beach is very comfortable, there are many shops along the way to buy something. Nearby there are many different cafes and restaurants for every taste. The only negative is the noisy companies of teenagers in the first half of July (you need to warn immediately the security guards at the reception). A 5-year-old child liked the mini-disco every evening, very pleasant animators. Good hotel for its price.

the room looked so old like it was build in the 1990 room 527 no ac on the hallway from the elevator to the room , this makes you sweat ,you enter the room the ac is on after that you will catch cold and get sick . we were sick for the first night .

only the reception staff and security guard they are so polite and smile always they even made my 1 year old son laugh and played with him all the time the food is very good
