The staff were really nice, the apartment was basic but spacious with good light, a nice balcony, and everything I needed. Nice pool area too and only 10 mins walk from a pretty beach. Great value for money overall, I'll be back.

Although the apartment was open, the bar facilities were not yet prepared for guests (too early in the season), and certain items were unavailable. Additionally, paying with cash was difficult due to a lack of change. The parking situation was also confusing, as the signage was unclear about where parking was allowed. We ended up with small notes placed under the windshield saying “NO PARKING,” but there was no guidance provided on where we could park instead. maybe the rooms can be better arranged with pots/pans and bowls for souls or cereals.

Firstly I must say how lovely the staff were! The location was fantastic as we were doing the Ibiza marathon and it was so close to the expo and the transfer busses to the start line. The beds are a little too hard after running 26.2 miles. The kitchen area is very basic but was fine for us for a few days.

Charges extra for parking on site. We stayed here for a couple of nights to explore the hippy market and the north east coast, cannot comment on the local area.

Lack of basic kitchen stuff: no water heater, no sponge, no rags or paper towels. No wine glasses or bottle opener. Water would easily flow Out of the shower stall.

We were really disappointed with the quality of the shower room, it was not representative of the photo shown on the hotel's web page, that said we did get a room upgrade. The hotel's promotional photograph shows a lovely modern shower cubical with a glass screen - our experience was very different, a make-do shower cubical which resembled a poor D.I.Y. job with an old fashioned plastic shower curtain and pole which despite our very best efforts always flooded the floor! Also on our first night of our stay we were woken by a dreadful drainage smell in our bedroom, which according to the staff was caused by the public sewerage treatment plant, the smell left us with sore throats and headaches.

All of the staff (especially Guiecy - please excuse the spelling) were very friendly and helpful. This is lovely, relatively small and quiet hotel complex with some lovely design features like the beam on the ceiling, the window shutters and unusual headboard etc. We found this small hotel to be very clean and tidy. The courtesy room is excellent and was really appreciated. And thank you for the room upgrade - what a lovely surprise. Overall our booking via Booking.Com represented great value for money.

as 2 young english girls, we felt very judged by others who were staying at this hotel, we got some funny looks however the staff were very kind and we had a great stay only down side was no lift as we had to carry 2 suitcases and 2 bags up 3 flights of stairs

Definitely not near the main attractions of Ibiza for the people who are mainly there for the nightlife. We knew this booking the property so not a big deal to us. it is about a 30/40 min ride to west of the island(popular beaches) and 25 mins to the clubs (Pacha, HI, Ushuaïa, etc)

Definitely a family oriented place, which is not a bad thing! it was nice as we were there for the nightlife and it was nice to get away from all the chaos. Plenty of space, pool in the property. Having a kitchen was also great! Reception is 24 hrs so it was easy to get cabs.

Apartment lacked basic items such as kettle, toaster etc which was hard with a little one. Location a little bit out the way about 20 minute walk into the centre.

Pool area was good, great it had a smaller pool for little ones. Apartment was lovely and clean very spacious and very large balcony. Bar area was good and staff were lovely!

The property was a lot further away from the main town than we anticipated which meant we spent a fair amount of money on transport to and from bars and restaurants. We travelled as a group of 5 though were only provided 2 towels.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool facilities were really lovely and a nice way to spend the days. The room and balcony was great also.

We stayed for 4 nights , our room wasn’t cleaned once. We had to ask for clean towels as we got told you get these on day 3! When we got them on day 3 the room wasn’t cleaned , floors weren’t mopped, the sink in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned only the beds were made ,and the bin emptied, clean towels should be given each day if needed Also the bar has no wine glasses. This is poor The rooms are noisy from people moving furniture you can hear this but nothing else The cups in the room are small

The location is great , 5 min to the supermarket , 15 min to the bars and the local beach is great which is 10 minutes walk The pool was great , all clean The room size was great The staff are friendly and helpful

The rooms are not very soundproof. Not sure anything can be done about that other than informing guest to be quiet. We were guilty of being too noisy on occasions.

Location was good for us. A little out of Santa Eulalia but that was ok as we like the walk
