The beds are pretty uncomfortable, 2 singles beds pushed together. The walls are very thin could hear people’s next door. The elevator is pretty small if you have a lot of luggage, and is very slow. Come the 2nd last night their was a bad smell of sewage in the bathroom.

Very close to the airport, easy to check in and out. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a lovely sea view. Can walk to marina and plenty of food/drink options. Pool area was very nice, could do with putting our extra loungers though.

The only reason we gave a 9 rather than a 10 is the room next door had the squeakiest door ever....which woke us up when they went to bed and again in the morning.....

Lovely spacious hotel and rooms. Lovely breakfast with extremely helpful staff, from booking in through to checking out. Entertainment was good.

Unfortunately the bedding of all three beds were smelly - bedsheets and pillowcases were not properly dried out. Room service wasn't the best either.

Breakfast was repetitive and hot food not hot, fruit not good. Could hear noise from the hall and nearby rooms.Hotel is located up a hill, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility concerns. Sunbeds at the pool were worn and not adjustable.

The view from the room was beautiful. There are two pools and a kiddie pool with plenty of space for loungers. Front desk staff were very helpful. Location excellent just a short 5 minute walk to the beach.

Pools were cleaned every morning and very helpful stuff besides the cleaning lady that was refusing to change towels, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and offered to pick some up from her. I was OK with the beds etc but my husband did mention that his side wasn't as comfortable as he would like to. Gaming room might need some maintenance as we put some tokens in and it didn't work but again staff was very helpfull and gave us a token back. Not sure if it was just our floor or all hotel is like this but balconies ar not private at all and we had some ladies smoking next to door and were not able to br on balcony or leave the door open.Kids enjoyed the entertainment next to the pool. There could be a bit more options for meals as I was struggling to find anything that I like and I am very basic. Don't like spicy but everything was spicy or with specific flavour. Cappuccino was good and overall we stayed there for the pool which was 10/10.

The children's programs were rather weak and very short. One evening, only three songs were performed, and the next evening it was cancelled altogether, with the explanation that there were too few children. The rooms were cleaned, but the bed linen was not changed. They did change it after we asked. Poor sound insulation between rooms, which made it difficult to rest. Uncomfortable beds.

The rooms were clean and tidied daily. The food was tasty, although breakfast was quite repetitive. There could have been a bit more variety, but I would rate the dinners as pretty good. There weren’t many activities during the day, but we didn’t spend much time at the hotel anyway. The mini disco wasn’t held every day during our stay. Evening shows were quite entertaining, with talented and expressive dancers and singers.

Having to check out at midday for an 8pm flight - but I understand the challenge of balancing new arrivals and room availability. Would be nice if they provided courtesy pool towels.

Room - good size. High up in block 1 with a fantastic view. Brilliant having a fridge and safe. Storage space ample for 5 days but feels like it would be neat for 2 weeks. Breakfast - enjoyable spread every day. Eggs and pancakes made on hot tray in restaurant. Some places do omelettes but not here - which has the advantage of smaller queues. Location - 30 yards off the main road up a slight hill. All in, very good hotel in a convenient location that we stayed in for a 2nd time

Pool area needs refurbished. The sunbeds and tables and chairs have seen better days and need replaced. Pool was very cold.

General maintenance and upkeep was a bit lacking, damaged tiles, skirting boards, flaking paint, bulbs not working. Communal areas around pools did not appear to be cleaned regularly, outside tables and chairs were dirty.

No parking! Every night they ran out of parking spots so we had to find parking on the street, not really convenient since it states online they offer parking. The reception staff was rude with little to no help and just brushed us off when we would ask anything.

The check-in and check-out could have been better. We had the same member of staff who wasn't very helpful and provided no information about the hotel on arrival.

That cardiac Hill climb up to the hotel. I know where is nothing geographically that can be done and a lot of older people who found it difficult

We had a lovely stay and would definitely return in the future. All the staff were engaging, friendly, and kind, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and has a consistently fresh scent throughout. Our bedrooms were neat and tidy, although there was an occasional odor from the toilet, which we reported. Housekeeping responded quickly and freshened it up. There was also a minor issue with the bathroom door handle locking itself, but maintenance resolved it promptly and efficiently. The mattresses were a bit firm for our liking, and the bed linen felt a little thin, which might be something to consider for added comfort. Breakfast, on the other hand, was a highlight—delicious, generous, and with plenty of variety to suit everyone. The pools were fantastic, and our daughter especially loved the smaller children's pool, which was pleasantly warmer than the others. The games room could use an update with more modern and fun options for kids, but it still provided some entertainment. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to local amenities. Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly appreciated the attentive service and relaxing environment.
