The reception staff are particularly helpful AND the place is SO much nicer than when I stayed there before, it's had a complete re-vamp. Previously, the houses were tired looking and they aren't at all now. Also, security is tighter, which I like.

First time I stayed down in Maspalomas and I won’t do that again. Although cheaper, I depended on taxis (always easy to find). But no restaurants around, so I had to eat in the hotel, which was expensive (I only saw a lunch buffet, but then some days I did see others eating burgers, so I don’t know if they changed the offers from day to day). Lunch Buffet was €20 one day, another day €17.50… Restaurant staff weren’t very friendly (seemed fed up with their lives and job) except for one lady with gold glasses who smiled. Not much storage space in the bungalow (no drawers).

I really liked the colours- it’s a beautiful hotel (and Instagram friendly). My cleaning lady was super nice. It’s cheaper so I guess it’s good value. I liked my bungalow who faced the golf course, facing the street would've been less nice.

Sometimes the noisy people from other bungalows don’t respect the quiet hours ! I need it to call out the security 2 times at 2 am ! From my point of view who doesn’t respect the rest rules and disrespect others should be kicked out

There was nothing to dislike about the property. Staff always keeping it clean, tending to the gardens and regular pool cleaning. Choice of pools with one that is quiet was good.

Very clean & quiet. Staff polite and friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast. Did not have evening meals but used the pool bat at lunch and the food was good and value for money. Quiet and a good base for both Maspalomas beach and playa del ingles. Will be looking to go back again. Golf course was used by my son and daughter’s partner and they say it was good.

The breakfast was decent, though I would’ve loved to see a wider variety of healthy options.

These bungalows are a solid choice for a relaxed holiday. Each cottage has a cute little terrace, which is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. While the interiors feel a bit worn, they are very clean, and everything works as it should.

It’s quite a long walk to the beach and then again to go out at night. I am not keen on the bus transfers as they stop at other properties. Would be nice if swimming pool was heated in May too.

I really liked my bungalow facing the swimming pool, it’s all very colourful and cheerful. Everything was lovely and clean. I felt very comfortable there and staff were lovely !! I would def return.

We are very satisfied with our stay. Everything was just like in the pictures – the pool was clean, and the rooms were cleaned regularly. We chose the HB option (breakfast and dinner), with many choices available at each meal, so everyone always found something they liked. Dinner was available until late. There was a free shuttle bus to the beach in Playa del Inglés. It was also close to a supermarket, taxi stand, and bus stop. The staff was friendly, and there was a convenient snack bar available.

very nice place for my whole family, the breakfast was very good, the rooms well cleaned and comfortable. The pools are clean and there is one suitable for small children, this is the second time I am returning to this hotel and it will not be the last.

It's a pretty good location if you don't mind walking and it was well maintained. The pool was nice and shop located on site is pretty well stocked. I do feel it's a bit expensive especially when you have to pay more to get a place with air con. The pillows aren't great, and kitchen facilities aren't great. They provide a filter coffee machine but no filter paper or any other means to make coffee. For the price we paid I'd have expected some basic kitchen items (teabags, oil, sugar, salt, pepper etc)

Barbeque nights not worth the money. You would be better off going to a burger joint and I'm no fan of them either

The Quietude . Don't need noise at my age. If I want a lively day Playa del English is only 15 mins away..
