The only thing for me was the long walk down to the main road I am a walker but it was very hot and we did get a tag to get in the side gate which made it a shorter walk but when we came home on a night walking the side gate was locked and we had to walk the whole the way round which was annoying they said it was for security but you couldn’t get through steal gate without a tag to open it and when we walked through main gates security was of walking around campsite so he never saw us come in anyway also could you stock pet food in little shop would be nice thankyou

It was very quite which is nice for a lie in two nice pools to swim or just chill from the heat it’s quite a remote area but we felt safe there cabins are lovely and clean and fresh just a microwave and hob but I managed to cook tea ever day nice little shop at top of lane with fresh bread daily lovley little kitten kept coming to see us and rest of campers were very friendly

Lovely modern van with air con, all shower blocks pools and facilities are spotless. Very impressed with prices on site regarding supermarket and restaurant. All staff were very accommodating, 15 Minute walk into the centre of benidorm. Definitely be returning next year. 2 decent size swimming pools open for more than 12 hours a day. Our boys aged 9 and 13 had an excellent week, with pools, pool table, ping pong and some water activities during the day.

There was not a great smell from the toilet which was there the entire time. But the temperature was hot up to 36*

Kitchen were a bit slow in getting food out to you.

The park is well looked after and the price for 11 night's was brilliant. Its a good location about 15 minutes walk to the outdoor market.

A kettle in the room please.

Location was good approximately 15mins walk to levante beach area and indoor market. Extremely clean. We will definitely be back.

No kettle. Also, It was a bit far from town and some of the bus drivers didn't know where the site was. The busses were 1 hour apart and we couldn't depend on them stopping which wasn't too much of a problem for us as we could walk into town but could be for a family (probably not the fault of the camp site) but could be addressed with the bus company. Being vegetarian not a lot (if any choice) at the restaurant.

Sun beds at the property, we had sun most of the day. The swimming spools were excellent. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We looked into the dog shower which was amusing. The surroundings were nice.

The shop could do with a few more supplies, and maybe a little bakery in there but was sufficient

This camp was excellent, the staff were friendly and informative, the resturant was exceptional, my daughter said the pizza was better than any she tasted in Italy. All the food we had there was fantastic , homemade it tasted like , compliments to the chef ,we ate there every day loved it.We travelled by plane and taxi to this site so we had no car taxi to town 6 euros or a 20 min walk into town we had awonderful time and would recommend this site.there are 2 pools on site which was never busy our grandkids loved it .

Just a little out of the way so if you don't like walking hire a bike Didn't spoil anything about our holiday

A bit too far out from town. Not easy to get back late other than €8 taxi as link road to Rincon dark & seemed dangerous.

The pool was good location near bar. Small but not crowded. Shop on site reasonable stock & prices.
