I had issues with 2 things: 1. The sink in the bathroom is one of the worse ever created and made! The tap is so close to the sink that you just can not wash your hands/face or brush your teeth as human being is suppose to do. 2. The blinds were loose and wobbly and during my second night there I could not sleep for 30-40min because the noise, so I needed to use Engineering masterpiece called shoehorn and fully block the blinds.

The room that I have booked was small but very convenient for one person and it was really clean and tidy! Stuff was in general friendly and polite and I would like to mention Jaime from FO and Gema, Bea and Luis from breakfast area. The TV was really easy to connect with YT and watch things I like. The breakfast options were great, their cheeses, cold cut meats and pastries were delicious. Also, orange juice machine is so good! The location of the hotel is pretty much decent as you need approximately 10-15min by foot to the city center (and I am a fast walker).

Very comfortable with excellent facilities. Excellent breakfast. The pool area is small but wonderful, although there was limited shade for the sunchairs. Staff were very kind and even prepared me a breakfast picnic to take with me on my early departure train journey. Thank you very much.

Service is okay. I asked for a waste paper basket 3 times but they didn’t provide one. Didn’t try breakfast. The room service food is more expensive than what you get outside. The AC takes ages to work. 98 of 100 channels on the rally are not in English. Not griping but just to be aware of. The pool has no privacy. It’s on the roof, small and for whoever gets there first. The rooftop bar is good, good barman, and good food.

Car park was very, very tight, but that is not a fault of the hotel, it's just a tight space. Glad they had a car park.

The hotel is very clean and modern and has a calm relaxing atmosphere throughout. The rooftop bar and pool has beautiful views of the city. All the staff were very accommodating and happy to help. The bartender Alberto was lovely and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and calm terrazas in the area for drinks. He was always smiling and even helped fix my mums broken jewellery!

The room was spacious enough, the bathroom lovely, but the pool was a real highlight that we took advantage of. The location meant that we could go out to sight see in the morning, before returning to cool off, shower and head back out for food later. Staff were always happy to advise on the best way of booking things.

Nothing , other then the pool area was chaotically busy and hard to get a sun bed in afternoon until 6pm but nothing much you could change about that.

Rooms cleaned daily, plunge pool nice and cold, pool bar was lovely addition to pool area, staff were friendly, pillows were amazing, mattresses comfier than our own beds.

My only exception was that you could wait for a long time at the rooftop bar for a drink. I felt sorry at times for the solo member of staff working on the bar as it could become really busy in periods.

The property was central to most places we wanted to visit with a short uber ride or medium length walk, the rooftop bar was exceptional and the room was really comfortable and smart. The lounge and bar were really modern and had great food on offer, the burger and risotto were particularly great. All staff were very welcoming, hospitable and talkative.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful, incredibly helpful. They happily stored our bags safely for us on our last day and the common areas were beautiful and comfortable (sofas downstairs and the rooftop pool terrace with two pools). The room was clean and spacious and housekeeping was excellent. Excellent value for money!

The pool is sad. Just a small tub of water that can fit maybe 4 adults. So don't expect to swim in it.

We did travel during the summer months so are aware the rooftop pool might be busier than Norma, but we did find it quite cramped and you were unable to get a lounger if you arrived after 3pm.

We stayed in the newly refurbished patio rooms, and were upgraded to a better room than we paid for. The room was very clean and modern, and we loved the decor leading up to our room.
