The breakfast is very basic.

Very nice and helpful staff at the reception (a lady and two gentlemen). I could check in earlier than expected, just had to wait for an hour. When I came back, my bags were in the room, because the gentleman (hotel employee) took care of it. Central location of the hotel.

Location is very central. We arrived in Alicante on the airport bus and walked maybe 5 minutes to the hotel. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was tasty. All in all for the price charged this hotel is very good value.

The electricity transformer was humming a bit loudly, it should be checked regularly and replaced

The hotel is located in the very heart of the old centre and thus everything can be walked easily by foot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room itself is not too spacious, but sitting on the balcony and looking down the busy road in the evening gives a holiday feeling. The public café in the basement offers good breakfast options in a local atmosphere - I recommend it.

What's not to like. You are on holiday

The location was excellent in the centre of Alicante. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. A cafe attached to the hotel provides Breakfast and other hot snacks.

We had our room looking onto the street and it was quite noisy. All the street noise came through the windows, so it was not easy to sleep. The bin lorry comes at about 1-2 a.m. at night but also the scooters are quite noisy early in the morning. There were no electricity sockets available in the room. We had to buy an extension cable with 4 sockets (at the local Chinese shop), and plug it into the wall socket of the TV to be able to charge our phones and laptops.

The location was perfect in the hart of the city center. We could use the C6 bus from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport. Tickets can be bought on the bus by card (4,5 EUR). Everything (the port, the beach, the castle and the nice little streets are in walking distance. The Mercadona is 5 minutes walk from the hotel we could buy breakfast there. Next to the hotel there is a police station so it is a safe place. The room was big enough for 3 persons, the beds were comfortable with a thick matrasses, the bathroom was OK. The lift was working. There was cleaning and towel change every day.

The building was old and the walls thin: one could hear the other guests in rooms and corridors and that often woke me up. The towels were rather worn, too, but clean.

The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely efficient and friendly: sheets and towels were changed daily, the place was spotless, and the staff did their best to accommodate all my requests. It is also a good location, near the big Marketplace and a 10-minute walk from all the shopping districts and the promenade without the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Definitely a happy experience.

Excellent little hotel , close to all shops , promenade. Small bedroom but had all you needed in it . Breakfast very basic but coffee lovely , juice lovely and as everyone has said staff are brilliant. The price we were charged for 4 nights was amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again . T

Dated appearance, but we got what we paid for.

Excellent location, clean, good shower and very comfortable bed. This is a basic level hotel which we knew in advance and it therefore met our expectations. Do not stay here if you expect luxury. However, as a pitstop in a good location right in the city centre, near to the station, market, old town and walking distance to beach, it is a good choice. Breakfast was in the cafe next door (accessed directly from the hotel) and again it was basic but suffice (hot drink, juice and toast or croissant).
