Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomWe arrived late at night and we needed a room for 3 but no one available to add the extra bed. Room was very small. No fridge. I asked for a 3rd glass in the 3 person room and they gave me a paper glass and said they cant provide a glass. I asked to use the safe box and they charge extra for it.
Good value for money. Hotel is a few minutes away from the beach. Good breakfast and dinner.

IrelandThere's no kettles or fridge in the rooms which is a bit of a let down.but you can hire them out for the week
From the 7th floor up the rooms are newly refurbished so I'd advise people to book them as the standard rooms are very small with no good view.the tv has kids channels which is good and itv and a few other English channels.the staff are great very helpful

United KingdomI found the reception staff and the manger so unhelpful and not wishing to see it from my point of view being there on holiday for a week and it not being the right place for me to stay - Luckily having family in a nearby hotel they were able to get me a separate room with them for the following 6 days but still had to pay the full week at Globales not staying there. it has left a very bad taste and would never stay in this place again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
I was very disappointed when I first went through the doors into the hotel as it did not not look very nice and going through into the main lounge it was very overcrowded, I was allocated a room at the rear of the hotel which looked over a busy back street, when I asked to upgrade or pay for another room I was told its not possible as being a single person and the rooms at the front which overlooked the pool and the sea were only for 2 people - the room I had also was very high up on the 8th floor - I stayed only one night and asked if I could leave / get a refund for the other 6 nights or perhaps pay for 2-3 nights but leave today, the answer was bluntly NO and had to pay for the whole week.

PolandWifi was misunderstanding, no fridge in room, no gym, small and crowded pool, drinks all inclusive was awful. BUT if you pay extra for drinks its quite OK, not best but ok. Food is poor quality, we had all inclusive and prefer eat in restaurants. The lifts was always crowded, sometimes you need to wait 20 minutes to go in. Generally not happy from stary.
Distance to sea, only sangria was drinkable, staff in pool bar was nice.

United Kingdomlovely fresh salad but over cooked fish pork of chicken every day and no variety in desserts either… it was edible but that’s about it…. the last few days we went out for meals because we couldn’t face anymore. the pool area is very cramped and you have to fight for a sun lounger, they need to stack tables around the pool during the day and put more lounges out. one plug socket in room 625 and it’s at the top of the bathroom door 🤔
most of the staff were lovely and there were plenty of day time activities

Disaster breakfast. Not for Scandinavians used to some sort of healthy food. Food looked disgusting. People from England seemed to see all this sugar as something exclusive.
