No activities in the evening. There were some signs that promised music and walks but we turned up and there was nobody. Well, it was end of September but still...

We opted for half board. Food was good and quite varied but not everything was labelled so it was sometimes difficult to guess what you were eating. The apartment was spacious and lovely but not cleaned thoroughly as it should have been and quite dark as it was on the ground floor. Short walk from the beach and the centre of town.

Breakfast was medium quality and the worst thing was that plates and glasses weren't cleaned properly. You can see stains on each plate.

The main thing that bothered us, was that we could not have a good sleep. You can hear people moving chairs, in the next and on top bedrooms. We sleep early and most people were awake till midnight, so that was very annoying. It would improve if the hotel would stick soft covers in the chair's legs, so they wont do noise against the floor. We also had some mold on the wall of our bedroom and our black out curtain had some holes and it was not very good attached to the rail, so some light was coming in.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great! The swimming pool area was very nice. Everything was clean. Location was great, close from everything. Our bedroom was comfy and clean. It was quiet.

All good. Location great. Maybe a comment on the breakfast- First day the eggs were really good, runny. Later it was always too much cooked.

Cleaning of rooms, although room was cleaned daily, we stayed for 2 weeks and they didn't change the sheets once! We did ask several times but it didn't happen. Sofa bed for child was uncomfortable. Bathroom needs updating. Bar service in the evening was not good, one bar man who took an age to make cocktails and around 20 guests waiting to be served! Other staff milling around not doing anything, surely they could lend a hand? One operational coffee machine for circa 400 guests at breakfast? Madness! Buy 4 and install them quickly!

The shortage of water, happened to us twice but have been resolved in less than 30mins. Has to be an issue with the water pump as we stayed on the top most floor. But it’s okay.

Location: walking distance to Cala Galdana, Cala Mitjana, and Cala Macarella — the best beaches in Menorca Breakfast: very tasty and wide variety — English, Continental, American, Spanish Room: View from our room is amazing and it’s very peaceful and quiet all day!!! Staff: Exceptional staff in reception :)

The balcony of our apartment wasn't really nice, the AC conduct made it really hot and not comfortable to use. Breakfast had a lot of variety but found the quality of the food just ok, not great.

Location is perfect (you can walk directly to cala galdana, macarella ad macarelleta) and it's good value for money compared to other hotels in the same area. We didn't go to any but you also have some small supermarkets and a lot of restaurants walking distance.

The pool area, although very clean, and bigger than it appeared online, looked somewhat dated and lacked atmosphere. With a few tweaks from management however, this could be easily rectified.

Breakfast was wonderful - plenty of selection. Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff, especially the reception staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

Apartments were small for 4 people and we didn’t have a great view from the balcony but it didn’t spoil our stay as we didn’t spend much time in the apartment

Didn't like our Room that was originally allocated to us. On entering there was a Stale Smell plus Someone had used the Room as there was 2 Wet towels and a Rucksack left on the Table. Room said Garden few didn't expect that the garden was growing onto the Balcony [Large Tree branch] Not known a Hotel where the pool opens at 11am

Location Bit out of the way and Steep Hill if you want to walk From Hotel to the front There are Steps which does make it easier. Bus Stop approx. 10 mins Walk away. There are 3 Restaurants about 5 mins Walk from Hotel But the day we went 2 were Closed and the Other said Fully Booked advised to come back in Hr [Even though there was Tables not being Used] and no one waiting Breakfast is Ok One morning we had to Move Tables 3 Times due to Flies [ At times was like Musical Chairs with other guests also Moving] Pool doesn't open till 11am and not enough Sun Loungers
