The TVs are very small, you can barely see it. The wifi was not working during my stay there. I didn’t like the fact that the shower in the bathroom didn’t have any type of box/protection, so the bathroom’s floor was always wet.

The property has a great location, as it is very close to the bus station and a market, and at the same time close to the city center and beach. The rooms are nice, even though they’re a little bit old, the beds are very comfortable, the balcony is very spacious! We liked the breakfast, with an ok array of options, maybe we’d like just a little bit more variety, but the breakfast space is very cozy! We also liked the pool and the pool area, they are nice places to cool off.

Hotel is quite old and everything needs renovations; room, dining room etc...Wifi was an absolute disaster, very slow, unstable, breaking off and often not available at all.

The breakfast was abundant but did not have many vegetarian options. There was no place to leave the luggage after checkout.

The location was good, just in front of the bus station. The room was clean.

There was no no-site parking, we used an underground facility which cost around £16 per day. I did not check on the booking, the balcony door did not lock which was one the first floor and looked easy to climb into. Our shower drain overflowed when in use.

Great location, great pool and outside area, the staff were very nice, the room air conditioning worked very well, it also had a balcony, table and chairs.

The dining room is in the basement which made it very dark and gloomy, it would be nice if the windows and curtains could be opened while people were in there eating. The price of the drinks at dinner time were also very expensive however you had to buy them as you couldn’t bring your own drinks in which meant you had to eat without a drink. You also couldn’t take any food or drink to the pool area which wasn’t brought from the hotel.

Very nice pool, location and staff. It was always very clean the rooms are a bit dated but where cleaned thoroughly everyday by the lovely maids, the location was excellent right next to the bus station and only a small walk away from the beach and main street’s. The pool area is also great very open and big meaning it got sun all day everyday and it’s a nice big clean pool! The staff were very helpful and printed off things we needed for the airport and our transfer and gave us lots of information. Thanks for a great stay

The shower broke. But staff were quick to come and fix. No fridge in room but bar staff helpful in letting you use there fridge. Only one fire escape a central stairway. If a fire occurred and that stairway was blocked then what would happen? We were on 3rd floor.

The pool and lounge was good bar staff very helpful and pleasant.

No phone in room.s, very poor Internet, Noise in the late evenings ,boys football teams knocking our door up to 1am in morning 2 nights in a row,when complained we were told hotel was having trouble with phones, told when lots of people there internetgoes down and often goes off (not good enough when you pay for this service) and said what can they do when boys 12 _13 years of age act irresponsible Had to have person in charge from bar to stop them

We arrived to loud thumping music but nobody in the bar area but two staff, who seemed to be having a party. Having to share all facilities with 30-40 Down Syndrome people banging and screaming day and night, was not what we expected. Had we been warned ,we would not have booked this hotel.
