The night entertainment was not for us. We would prefer singers as an option some talent. There's no bar to watch Football or sports which we would have liked The food was just OK. It needs to be hotter & some plates were dirty. The cleaners just walked in the room without knocking at various times of day which we found odd.

The pools were fab. We stayed in the adults only premium suites so used the adult only area The pool was lovely & the pool bar & both staff there were great. Food & drinks were good at this bar Reception was good & friendly The room was big, clean & modern, bathroom & bedroom spot on, huge bed. Liked the courtosy dressing gown & slippers & water & coffee area.

The adults only area was a welcome retreat including pool area with bar. The suites were a great size, and the addition of a terrace was a pleasant surprise. The bottle of cava on arrival was a great touch. I stayed over the New Year and the staff were super attentive.

A bit to lonely for a solo traveller. To far out from village/ town. Not your fault . Just brilliant for families. Great activities. Well ☘️☘️🎊🎊

It was confusing to find your block/room, I spoke to other solo travellers who felt the same. Occasional sewage smell was off putting but wasn't constant and can be found around other areas of Spain.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. the room and terrace are well sized, fridge stocked with drinks on arrival and I received a birthday message and gift which was nice. Food at mirador restaurant was better than expected and staff were friendly. All in all it is a nice hotel with everything you need.

Odd smell around the adults pool and adults area. Outside space was great but depending on which way your terrace is configured, you might not get any decent sun (due to the lovely leafy trees). Adults pool area was quite small - dreaded towels put down on loungers, which staff didn't remove. The music wasn't in keeping either. Perhaps there could be another terrace near the pool with comfy chairs? Be warned, if you are very keen on 'adults only' the adults bit is attached to the main hotel, so you'll still need to fend off families etc. when dining and going to reception.

Easy check in. Able to use a Hospitality Room (with shower) to change in whilst room was being prepared. Went All Inclusive - enough choice of food and drink in the main adults restaurant, free 2L water in the room daily, breakfast was great and the pool snack bar was good enough too. Had a Junior Suite which had ample space, helpful TV channels to catch up on news, desk, USB sockets and a really good shower. Outside space was pretty, and large. WiFi strong enough to hold a couple of MS Teams calls, only a little jittery. Staff were helpful and polite - able to assist with taxis. Short walk to the beach.

Camillo who works at the front desk was absolutely amazing and he honestly went above and beyond with his service. This allowed me to enjoy my birthday with great ease and comfort in the premium suites.

1. Not all the staff was able to speak English and this was not ideal for a 4 star hotel, 2. Layout of the hotel is not ideal, we were in the premium suite area, very close to the car park gate and reception but we had to walk all the way through the resort to go back to reception as the gate was only for the staff. Who designed this? 3. We were upgraded from half board to full board but the staff was unable to tell us what was included and what was not included and had to pay for lunch at the Jameos Bar and we were forced to eat in the sun as we were not allowed to take our food to our parasol next to the pool. 3. Very slow service in the buffet restaurant, not enough staff to provide an expected good enough service from a 4 star hotel. Most of the times there were not enough glasses for the water/juices in the morning. Very disappointing.

The room was nice, however we had issues with the safe box and the nespresso coffee capsules were available only for the first day. Very disappointing

The Adult only pool was closed for renovations during our whole stay and this was the main reason I selected Elba as I had stayed before. We were not told in advance and not even informed at check in. We found out ourselves when we went down for a swim and to relax by the pool. Also the air conditioning was not working in the gym which made it very uncomfortable to work out there. One morning we awoke to no hot water in our shower in the room but this was fixed by the same evening.

The accommodation itself was good, i.e. the room, bedroom and bathroom and its aspect. It was clean, bright and comfortable.

Our room was really far from the hotel itself and had to walk for about 5 minutes to get to the pools. There was no heated pools. Water was freezing. The spa was nice but what was a let down was we had to book in advance the treatments were not available. When we got there they had made us wait 45 minutes due to room not being ready. There was a lot of variety of food but struggled to find halal options even when requested. Wouldn’t come here again. Struggled to get help had to speak to chef manager. The beds were 2 single bed joint together every time you tossed or turned the beds kept moving. We booked for a double bed but was 2 single beds joint together.

Constant smell of sewage. Wine is awful and you can’t even buy a bottle. They say you have access to other restaurants with premium but they are so overbooked you cannot get in. NY eve was a lovely dinner but in general food fairly bland and lunch options for adults only at the pool is very poor. Food served cold and hardly any options. Rooms were ok and clean, however they said they would change bedding and I had to ask for mine to be changed. Towels falling apart and even had holes in, need an upgrade. They supposedly keep the bar fridge stocked but only with full fat drinks no diet drinks. Little terrace as part of the room comfortable but still could smell sewage sitting out there. Will not be returning. Not good value for money.
