The door to the building, and the narrow spiral staircase to get into the apartment, are quite a challenge for a tall person (like me). The shower cubicle was the smallest I've ever used (and is really just badly designed). Despite being well-equipped and in quite good condition, soon it could be about time for an overhaul.

The staircase is a killer, unless you are very slim and travel with a backpack. I have a problem with my knee and I had a big suitcase, to bring the suitcase upstairs was an absolute struggle. Me and my friend had to divide all the belongings into smaller bags and go up and down few times. I have reached out to Numa apartments at least 3 times to request a lower floor, but they were not very helpful and told me the system does allocations automatically. Why can't you manually change the allocation? We got an apartment on the 3rd floor and I have asked to move to lower when it becomes available, but no one got back to me. Also, I requested a sofa bed, but the customer agents told me all the apartments have only a sofa. We discovered next day by accident that the sofa was actually a sofa bed, quite big and comfortable. It would be good to inform the staff about all the facilities. I sympathise people who were staying on the 5th floor... I hope one day the company will knock the staircase and build a lift, it will be a game changer. Or at least have someone on site to help guests with the luggage during check-ins and check-outs.

The apartment was clean and cute with 2 balconies. I appreciate water filter and REN toiletries. The location was great for us, as we wanted to be in El Born area. However, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful rest in the night, the location is not for you. It's very noisy and you'll have to sleep with earplugs, but we enjoyed the night buzz of Barcelona.

You have to walk up 2 to 6 flights of a very narrow and steep spiral staircase. This was tiring (we were at the top apartment) and very difficult with suitcases. The area is also quite noisy, can clearly hear chatter from the bars till 3am.

Amazing location - Old City, an epicentre of nightlife, lots of famous bars, and a beaty of Gothic architecture. Advanced check-in technology, like it! Great appartments, was pleased to stay!

Not very clean. There was dirt on soap containers, hair in the shower, etc. Mid-week cleaning seemed more about moving things back into assigned place (I moved them for a reason!) than cleaning and refilling so was missing kitchen towels and other bits the second half of the week. The location is great but it is very noisy

You can hear the noise from the streets at night, but earplugs are provided. The shower is a bit small and the shower door doesn’t close all the way. The staircase is narrow, it may be a problem for some, for us it wasn’t as it was a short stay and we were staying in the first floor.

The location of the apartment was great, close to a lot of atractions, restaurants, and shops. It was well equipped and had everything you need for a short stay. The bed was very confortable. The free tea and coffee were a nice little touch that we appreciated. The possibility to leave our baggage for free in a range of locations in Barcelona was also a good bonus. We also liked the terrace of the building, where you can catch a bit of sun.

Contact only by AI-supported internet-Whatsapp. We asked for the price for two moore nights wich worked out fare too expencive. Still the system is sending us messages to compleet a booking we never asked for. Anoying! Calling on WhatsApp presented telefonnumber without no responding. Maybe AI still not is the answer to human service?!

Beautyful and well equipped apartement with everything you can ask for. Perfect situated, right in the vibrant Heart of the City. Close to lots of Tapa’s, Bar’s, Café’s, Restaurants, Museum, Marcets……… in walking distance. Vibrant Citylife without stress without crowding in huge carfree areas! Try to book for room 1-3 on first to third floor as to reach the upper floors can become quired demanding!

I would welcome some more kitchen utilities in the kitchen. Shorter stays in this apartment are perfect, but don't expect that you can cook for yourself for the whole stay in the kitchen.

Great location, everything was super close so you can enjoy walking around the neighbourhood and there is no need to take public transport anywhere. Super clean and nicely equipped apartment which was very spacious for just the two of us. The staff was also very helpful.

It was very noisy. Due to it’s great location, being near many bars and restaurants, the noise carried into the apartment until 2.00 AM. After that was the noise of the clean up (staff, garbage trucks, etc).
