Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the kids club on the second day which meant the kids didn't want to go back for the duration of our stay. Our youngest didn't enjoy it at all (which we didn't realise) and although I signed up online with my personal details, including my phone number, we didn't receive a call to let us know that he wasn't settling so he spent the nearly two hours in there upset. Naturally, we were pretty annoyed but we spoke to the team and the reception about the situation and they were very apologetic about the mix up and sent an apology note and cava/chocolates to our room, which we very much appreciated and showed us that they understood and were apologetic about the situation.

Everything was great and it's a perfect set-up for a family of young kids. There's not too much nearby so the area is kind of quiet (which we didn't mind) but on site, they had everything you need. The pools, entertainment, facilities and food were all great. Despite meal times being busy, the staff were brilliant and keeping everything running smoothly and the food was very nice for 'buffet style' !

Super friendly and pretty staff. Really great with and for kids. We stayed in the Merlin rooms and we were pleasantly surprised by them. Animation team really seems to love their job, interacting with kids. And the staff seems to have fun together on the job. Stunning views from the main pool (Fuerteventura on the other end of the sea) and central location in lively Playa Blanca. Garden(s) well maintained. We stayed mid February and felt really lucky with the weather. Some pools were heated (main- and kids pool), preferably even a bit warmer to my liking. Lots of choice with food options. Some are a bit plain, but easy to adjust to your personal likings with all kinds of additional items (like oils, oats, fruits, salsa's). Would stay there again. Traveling with kids, it's a definite recommendation

The food was ok, yes a lots of food , but some very not that good. Like one big child menu. Some dishes were good. Our kid didn’t enjoy or had time to enjoy activities since they have to be booked in advance. We had a car and went on daily trips around the island, so for us was not worthy. If you are planning on staying more at the hotel itself then it makes sense.

The location and the stuff of the hotel. The stuff amazing and helpful. Big plus for if not available late check out they offer the room for one hour free of charge so you can get ready, shower etc. Very nice for kids with small children and recommend, they will enjoy it!

Quality of food of the buffet. Maybe less quantity but better quality would be appreciated as after 10 days we were happy to find our local food back.

EverThing is perfectly done to accomodate families. We were with 2 little ones and loved the fact that all amenities were there. Clean and spacious rooms as well as large food buffet offering. We loved the activities of the hotel and the mini disco.

The Italian restaurant on-site is not worth it - it's mediocre and the staff were not very kind or capable, just stick to the buffet. The other restaurant is only open on Fridays, so it's really just the one location for meals. The alcohol for the all-inclusive is not the greatest standard, it's all you can drink, so it's not exactly top shelf stuff, and if you want anything more than a cheap beer or a gin and tonic, you'd have to pay. I would have appreciated higher quality. The adult-only area is fine, but it's on the north side of the buildings, so there is no view, just looking at the back of buildings, which isn't great if you spend most of your time there.

The greeting from the reception staff - particularly Jorge - was lovely. Very thorough an friendly. The buffet was fine, some nights were tastier than others, but lots to choose from. I was very thankful for the adults-only pool area.

Breakfast was not great, cereal options were not good and very bland, and just didn’t enjoy the food during that meal. Rest of the food was great at lunch and dinner however!! Floors in the room was a little dirty - only noticed once getting out the shower and my feet being dirty within 5 minutes of not going outside! Not a deal breaker however everything else was immaculate, just something note.

Amazing room, actually one of the best I’ve ever stayed in so much space and the bathroom had a bath and shower separate which I liked. Pool was lovely, staff were very nice, attentive and professional. Entertainment was great, food was good and table service excellent. Free parking and a room to shower in before we left for the airport at 5pm as we needed to check out at 10/11am so this was a nice touch to use facilities still. Would definitely recommend and would look to stay here again in future.
