The staff were pretty hopeless and Fawlty Towers was never far away. The terrace menu (the main dining area during the day) was only available by using a QR code. If much of your clientele comprises pensioners on bus tours this is not a good idea.

Very pleasant hotel with excellent facilities overlooking Fuengirola and the Med. Very good rooms. Fantastic pool and gardens. Parking available.

The check in time at the reception, the computer seemed to be in control and didn’t want to be rushed, for what should have been a simple process, it was already booked and paid for online. The evening buffet in the restaurant, food was very disappointing, cheap ingredients served up in tasty sauces, the sauces were the best part.

Beautiful grounds and gardens with plenty of sitting places to sit, relax and enjoy a drink and your surroundings. Comfortable beds, quiet nights sleep.

We were disappointed to find the pool closed (7-11 April) as there had been no suggestion of this when booking.

We have been coming to this hotel for many years and love the setting and the relaxed vibe. We make good use of the reliable bus service to Mijas and Fuengirola.

The period in which the outside pool is available feels a bit odd. It opens a bit late (around 11am) and closes way too soon (around 17h30).

The hotel is really well located and has a great view of the sea. It's modern and really well equipped of all services. We spent the night there while there was an iberian peninsula blackout and the staff did everything to keep us confortable (backup generator, restaurant still working, etc). It exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it for sure.

The hotel is a little isolated and there are no walking routes near. Only a short drive though to the beach. The evening meal was a bit basic with limited quality choices available.

Friendly and welcoming staff at reception and in the restaurant. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. Free parking was available just across the road. Good facilities all round. A good breakfast was provided

The room was not quite as nice as the rest of the resort. The bathroom could have used a little refresh. Still worth it for the gardens and pool are though.

The rooms were quite basic compared to the communal areas which were excellent. Having said that, the cost was excellent value overall. Would definitely stay again. Food was very good value for the money and the staff were very friendly.

It was fine. The spa wasn't good at all the pool area and water was dirty. Overpriced for what you got. Room had no menus or information about the hotel and lacked any tea or coffee facilities. Pillows incredibly thin. It's a 3 star standard.
