Lack of information about the hotel/inclusive offering. Found an information sheet about all-inclusive food/drink/hours by a web search, not browsing the site. Entertainment was listed but without location, and not clear where all the bar (etc) facilities were. Took a couple of days to work out it all happened in the pool courtyard/bar.

Room was fresh and clean with good storage. Sea view balcony was small but adequate. Food was generally good with a fair degree of variety. Pool bar service was slow, but additional staff there by the end of stay.

The worst thing we experienced during our stay was not the fault of the hotel itself. However there was a club across the street that was blasting very loud music into the middle of the night every night so sleeping could be a problem for people that are sensitive to noise.

Breakfast and Dinner were very good and we enjoyed it. The room was very spacious and nice and the room was kept very clean for the whole day. We visited the spa for a massage that we enjoyed and received very professional service. The location is very and there are a lot of activities within walking distance and only a 2 minute walk to the beach.

The staff were excellent, friendly and very hard working. The hotel has good facilities and the pool is very good. The hotel is located close to the famous Veronica’s strip so can be a bit noisy at night if your room faces onto it. For me the only negative as the food which just wasn’t my thing and seemed a bit limited, especially at dinner.

Everything was good,besides cleaning lady who would always wake me up,even if we put don’t disturb on the door,food was delicious,pools are nice,rooms were comfortable,I recommend it but be prepared for cleaning

No variety with food, fish,chicken, pork no beef or steak. No freshly squeezed orange juice in morning. Bacon very processed. Cheap toilet roll, no tissues in room.

Terrible coffee machine for breakfast. We had to go to McDonald's every day to get a more decent coffee. The light inside the hotel is too bright, especially in the restaurant. The room is not sound proof. We could hear the night club until 4 am, we had to wear ear plugs every night.

Family Room not aligned to description , 2 little bed missing and also dimension were limited. Restaurant partially good and partially not (cold dish and quality). 10 euro per day per packing at hotel.... but there are few park place outside ( 500m) Noise during night...normal.side effect of the area.

The noise from the outside at night can be disturbing if you are very sensitive. Buy ear plugs in advance. The spa was great, but only accessible for adults. Why there is no time allocated for kids 10+ to use the inside pool? That was a big disappointment for kids.

The food was absolutely fine. Enough choice and good for kids. The breakfast is very busy and dinner and lunch are less busy and more pleasant. Always fresh fish or meet for the grill. The room is specious and clean.

The food!!! It was awful!! I know that they are feeding a lot of people. But they aren't feeding criminals in a jail!! These are people who have paid you for the service. Either the hot plates don't work or the food sits there for hours because everything under a hot plate was cold. There was sooooo much on offer but nothing was hot or nice. It was all plastic crap. Offer less selection and do it well. Nicer food available at soup kitchens. We paid for half board for 7 nights and ate out 4 times!! Such a shame. Let's the hotel down. I wouldn't stay here again because of the food.

The hotel is in a fab location. Less than 2 minutes to the beach. The facilities are great. Lovely infinity pool. Nice sun beds. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are snug but practical and the dressing gowns and slippers are a lovely touch. The cleaners clean the rooms well. Good towels. Shower gel and shampoo provided.

The noise from Veronica's until the early hours of the morning. Very basic and limited entertainment.
