Great hotel, good staff. The ocean is 2 minutes from the hotel. All liked it. I plan to return to this hotel. I recommend this hotel, delicious breakfasts and dinners at the hotel.

As many reviews mention, it's unfortunate that the nightclubs one block over need to play the music so loud till all hours of the morning. Really should be a restriction on the noise level which is unfortunately beyond the control of the hotel. Decent ear plugs are a must if you are on the pool side of the hotel at night. The hotel could help itself by upgrading the balcony doors. They do not close air tight and this lets alot of noise in.

Really nice hotel , staff were lovely & friendly. The location is perfect to explore the area. The pool area is very nice and pool is warm. Food was excellent and varied each night and I did not get bored of it. Price of drinks is also very reasonable. The hotel is kept immaculate and clean. Really enjoyed the stay and would return.

Mini disco - have to change programm by 360, must take example from main land Spain hotels or Mallorca. Evening entertainment content, only content- quite average , 30% YES, 70% NO. Car park - no space, should reserve early before stay, but there is chance to leave on free street parking in 10 minutes walk. Near hotel public parking cost 17eur/ per day, not 24h is counted, but day 1 + day 2 = 34eur in total… you have to decide, keep in this or use street parking, if there is not reserved space in hotel parking.

Food service - excellent, clean, good. Pool - with heating, 3 pools, even for small kids. Bar - superb. Evening entertainment- every day. Much services in hotel - car rent, travel agent, shops, foto service.

A/c system was not very strong and only runs when you have the key in the room and the patio door locked which made the room hot and stuffy often. The drinks at the bar as part of the all inclusive were terrible. I understand they are served with a dispenser for convenience but the flavour was artificial and too sweet. Some of the choices made in regard to food and drink for the all inclusive option gave the impression that the hotel has quantity instead of quality in mind.

The location and proximity to the beach was ideal. Helpful staff, answers all our questions. Balcony was nice to relax on at the end of the day Nightly entertainment

Ok, the room which was meant to be a family room was a disabled room, really odd considering it was the furthest away from the lift, there is no air con, warm air blows into the room so we had to sleep with our window open and tiny balcony door open room 456, it wasn’t a very good stay at all considering myself and my partner was bit to death by mosquitoes. The balcony 🤯 what balcony, my mother and father in law stayed as well, they didn’t get any sleep due the music from the bars over the road, their room was adequate but small. The food was low quality, it was cooked well but everything was bland because a lot of it was out of a tin or a packet like the scrambled eggs etc.

The Hotel was in a very good location, the pool was nice, the lower pool was lovely and warm and the sun beds where comfortable and supportive, the hotel beds where comfortable.

We had family room and the balcony was soooooooo small - kind of only one person was able to be there at the time and never sun since they were so small - always shadow

We had a double room, unfortunately the bed was a two bed's linked in order to have a look like a king size bed (not a very big issue).

The hotel is very well located, in front is playa de troya where you can enjoy and swim any time. Playa de la pinta it's in a walking distance 15-20 min (port Colon) very nice place and also Playa de Fanabe very nice. Room was clean and big enough, breakfast was good and variated. I will recomand you to visit also Los Christianos beach, only 10-12 min by car.

pool was great and rooms were nice. foam in the pool was great fun though pool was freezing. staff were all nice and friendly.

Daily clean of rooms was not the best. Cups were not replenished, and side table was not cleaned. Arrived early and waited for room however did not get access until 3pm when we were told we would get room at 2pm as per stated.

The balconies are on the small side and noise from the strip.

Good hotel standard buffet breakfast. Nice pool and bar area. Great choice of facilities. Attentive staff. In a lively location so can be noisy but was still an excellent hotel.

Horrible scrambled eggs (like jello) very poor service from staff in restaurant area - they are many but not attentive and some in a terrible mood :/

The music from the nearby clubs was very loud until the middle of the night. There was also no toilet brush in the bathroom.

The food was poor for choice and the dining/restaurant area was more like a works canteen.

The food in the restaurant did not cater very well for vegetarians or people with allergies. There was a large sign at the entrance to the restaurant with signs in Spanish and not very help full. My son in law has a nut allergy and when he asked about it he was told everything had traces of nuts. We then ended up having to go out in the evening for meals. Each time i went for chips they were cold with the exception of 1 day.
