Evening entertainment was not so great a.mixture of quizzes, bingo and staff show. Weekends had external entertainment that was good.

There are no cleaning facilities in the Bungalow. No mop or brush. They do come to clean every day, but we had a baby, and she was napping for the first 4 days every time they called, so they just left towels. There is no sink for cleaning bottles or washing cups. Just the sink s in the bathroom. The vents between the bungalows in our sitting room and hall were filthy, and the noise between the two bungalows echoes through the vents. You can hear word for word what is being said next door. Those vents need to be blocked. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, as is the couch. For the price you are paying, they could invest a bit more on the mattresses and maybe a soft pillow or two for the couch.

The atmosphere at the pool side and in the whole resort in general was so friendly. The workers and entertainers never stopped smiling and had such energy. i don't know how they did it and are a credit to the hotel. It is extremely child friendly. The receptionists were very helpful with any queries we had. Though, one receptionist was trying to charge us to walk up to the sister hotel and use the pool there. You do not need to do that. You have free use of the pools there, and there are slides in the pool for the kids.

The restaurant is okay but the food is often not kept hot enough (baked beans were almost cold every morning), while some of the selections - especially at lunchtime - weren't very appetising. Swimming pool practically had ice on it, even the jacuzzi. There aren't an enormous amount of facilities. Evening entertainment ranges from mediocre (the flamenco dancers) to reasonably okay (The Greatest Showman) - but what's on is confusing: two boards 100 feet apart have a completely different schedule! Basics. Clientele (80% British?) might not be to everyone's taste. Wi-Fi non-existent throughout most of hotel unless you pay more (and you have to pay for your safe too). A fairly long walk to the beach.

Individual accommodation very good - the bungalows are nice and clean and spacious. Staff, especially on the front desk, are friendly and helpful (special mention to our whispering pal). Endless food and drink on tap if you do the all-inclusive, which is nice.

The pool bar closed at 6pm and the evening bar was soulless, like a waiting room at a funeral parlour. There was generally a lack of entertainment in the evening. In the evening bar Two large screen TV,s showing nothing but screen savers. Very poor.

Clearly a hotel catering for large cheap groups and family brits abroad. Food was below par, coffee disgusting, pool freezing and drinks cheap and nasty. All inclusive was not good value

WiFi horrendous. I paid for the wifi in the room and got a refund. This should be free. Would not go back

The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were lovely also. The food quality wasn’t the best. Yes there were choices but I thought poor quality for a 4 *. I wouldn’t rate the hotel as a 4*. 3* at a push and it wasn’t cheap.

Food was hit-and-miss. I would probably go half-board and have the option to eat out guilt-free more often. One thing I wasn't happy about that was prob my fault for not reading it properly was the slides are located at their sister hotel 20mins up the road, which you have to pay extra for. I thought it was all one site.

Overall, the hotel is nice; we chose it because the apartment allows us to stay together as a family of 5. The grounds are well kept and clean, and the rooms were clean but pretty basic. We were all-inclusive, which I prob wouldn't do again. Best beach around is defo Playa Dorado, then playa Papagayo. Rent a car and take supplies for the second beach.

The public toilets by the pool could be cleaned more frequently. The beds could be double beds in some bungalows. There was no shallow part to the pool and no slides. No playground. From a safety perspective, the pool area should be closed off when closed.

The staff, the pool, the entertainment, and the food selection were all great. The bungalow was clean.

Food was below average we didn’t like it, at some point we had to eat out. Staff was very unfriendly, hardly say hello or anything to you. You’re not greeted by any point of your stay or simply asked anything. The only nice interaction was with our room cleaner( lovely lady ) and one of the guy who I saw cleaning around pool area and once come to deal with little problem in our bungalow, these was only two people who had smile there and being nice.

Bungalow was nice, big and cleaned it was nice to have coffe in the morning outside.
