Maids came into room at 08:15 in mornings without knocking, we were still sleeping each time. Then again at 09:15. There was no do not disturb sign available to use

Beds are rock hard! Pools are freezing cold. We was unlucky with the weather with wind so the pool being cold just made it even more unbearable.

Beautiful hotel - very welcoming. Mattress was very uncomfortable - once alerted they changed it immediately. Rooms are lovely and spacious food was very good, great quality and variety.

Rooms not the cleanest. Towels are not changed daily. Food for all inclusive the exact same every day. Hotel quite run down in parts. Cot for infant kept out in the living space which limited use of tv etc.

Location good not too far out of the main centre. Staff friendly and help ful. Water park and pools where kept clean.

The room, was quite dirty. Shower was full of limescale. Little tiny crawling bugs in the bathroom all the time. Beds uncomfortable, especially sofa bed, was so so hard to sleep on.

The kids slides were great, also the food was mostly ok.

It was filthy, the all-inclusive wasn't the best especially the drinks...whilst we was there they was a bad sickness bug which 6 out of 7 of us got it was awful. The hotel isn't clean at all...the cleaner litrally moped a spill up on the patio and left the rest of floor! Had to ask for clean towels and bedding to be changed. The cleaner was lovley so always seemed rushed of her feet and was only aloud to spend 5mins in the apartment. The location was good only 20min walk to playa dorada or playa flamingo..I love playa blanca but wouldn't stay in this hotel again very over priced for what you get.

Cold pools was the biggest issue - not even tried to swim, it was freezing cold and even sea was warmer in December! Another annoyance was caused by WiFi which was free only by reception, if you needed WiFi in your room - 5 euros per room per day plus a euro for each device. It might not sound a lot, but I have never seen anything like this and this was our 9th time on Lanzarote (first time we came across this sort of policy). The entertainment was poor and lacked variety. Did we have a good holiday? - sure, having sunshine in December was brill, would I go back to HL - no, sorry! So much of potential is lost due to lack of funding and reinvestment.

The property has all one would need: lovely, friendly and hard working staff, good variety/ selection of food.

The toilet below reception had cock roaches in it one day early morning & they were still there in the afternoon, makes me think that they don't check toilet area every hour or two! I informed reception of same in the afternoon & they were gone the next day! The couch bed & beds in apartments weren't very comfortable but we were only there for 5 nights so didn't bother complaining. My apartments 656 smelt of urine in bathroom sometimes but not everytime I went in! It was kinda strange! Definitely get a smell after shower! The fridge in apartments made very loud noises around 3/4 in the morning which was annoying so ended up plugging it out!

The water park was ideal for our family. Kids 4, 7,8&10! Unfortunately, not all the water rides were working, but we had great fun on the ones that were operating. The pool was lovely but a little cold! But you get use to it quickly! The middle pool seemed to be dirty at times but we didn't use it! I think this was supposed to be the heated one! Could have done with a clean ! Most days food was in it floating! But then that's the other people staying there having no respect for other users! The all inclusive food & drink was plentiful! Ideal for our family! Food was very tasty! No body went hungry!

Room was modern and comfortable for 3 adults and 1 child. Food, plenty of choices, pool bar area quite dirty at times due to not enough staff to keep it tidy. Not enough tables available at the entertainment facilities to sit comfortable.

no WiFi in rooms without payment - but most people have data these days so less of an issue phone didnt work to call reception, but again, could just walk upto them some cockroaches - but you get them anywhere

good size rooms with Aircon good variety of food and drinks on the all inclusive menus food literally all day available. shuttle bus to the beach free daily 30 mins from the airport staff easily book taxis for you kids club available always had sun beds available pool towel hire available Dino park with slides separately to pool, which I thought was better set up fridge in room and microwave

Entertainment started quite late in my opinion and it was all outdoors which was a draw back in the windy evenings. Not a lot of day time entertainment.

The accommodation was beautiful! Very modern, lovely location. Great children’s water park for small children. Food was delicious and hot.

The waterpark was very run down. Some of the biggest rides were closed when we were there but I feel they should get rid of them all together it’s not very appealing. Kids still enjoyed the smaller slides. Lots of broken sunbeds in waterpark. The bar at night full of people smoking needs to be an area for smokers away from bar as not enjoyable for non smokers. Also drinks should be served in reusable cups or glasses as not enjoyable having a beer or wine in paper cups. Staff weren’t friendly in either bar. Tried to rent one towel in the sister hotel nearby and we weren’t allowed even though we were giving a deposit.

Nice apartments with lovely plants and trees outside the terrace and lovely pool area. Food was really good especially the Chinese night. They served us and other guests food when we arrived late at night which we were delighted about as we were hungry and no where nearby late at night to go to without getting a taxi.
