Our room smelled of sewage on and off, staff not enough english to understand or care. There was a smell also in the bar, I suspect the hotel has a sewerage problem in general. I don't rate the room service, my sons sheets were wet and they just remade the bed wet. Told them about the smell and they started cleaning the toilet, i said no its under the floor not the toilet, he said oh and left. Never came back, no follow up. No coffee in the room, no milk creamers either.

The hotel is nice, 3 pools, indoor was very handy as too cold in April to use the other 2 pools. But the indoor pool area a bit grubby and not a wellness area. Fine for little kids. Food was fine but I've had much better in other hotels. Nice quiet hotel, beach across the road. If you have kids a resort hotel would be better. Bus really handy for Palma, Fan shopping centre 10 mins away. Outlet mall 20 mins in taxi (check they are open before you go).

The stay at the hotel was really enjoyable, the room was big and comfortable. Otherwise, we would have preferred the daily cleaning be more thorough, as the staff did not change our towels over a stay of 5 days and only made the bed each time they passed by.

We did not stay at the Hm gran Fiesta as they are doing works. We stayed at the Hm Ayron instead, however Hm gran Fiesta is less stars but the better hotel. The staff at Hm Fiesta are more welcoming and there is more to do.

Bathroom door wasn't working.. technician told he will repair next day..but nobody turned up..since I was a solo traveller..it didn't really bother me..

This is my 4th visit to this lovely hotel.. location is spot on..next to the beach..terrace outdoor pool and indoor heated pools are excellent..room was very clean.. especially the first floor sea facing rooms..also there was BRUT champagne complimentary in my room..

Great location directly on the seafront of a lovely sandy beach. Nice modern contemporary hotel with excellent choice of food in the restaurant for all meals. Drinks also very reasonably priced.

When I asked where I could eat at 11pm at night the staff could have been a little more helpful with where to go and what would be open etc.

Not much vegetarian options during breakfast.. couldn't find glasses during breakfast on both the mornings..

Location is perfect.. swimming pool at rooftop is amazing..also indoor heated pool was enjoyable..had an issue with the shower when I checked in.. rectified immediately and gave a complimentary champagne bottle as a token gesture..sea view room was very satisfactory..

The wall is paper thin, you could hear every door shuts! I think the hotel should consider soften the door a bit because it’s way too loud and felt like every guest and staff slammed the door.

You have to pay for certain sunbeds on the rooftop which doesn’t seem necessary if you’re already paying for the hotel. Deposit required for towels at the pool, these are not freely handed out and you can’t swap them everyday.

Very clean, staff so lovely and great facilities! Easy location and the sky bar area is such a great lounging spot.

It is a very busy hotel and consequently you have to queue everywhere : 3 lifts only (and very small for such a big hotel) But an extra panoramic one is bigger and less busy. Not enough coffee machines in the big breakfast area, not enough chairs around the swimming pool. Also for a hotel of this standard the bed linens should be of a better quality. Rooms are clean with a modern shower room and a terrace. Don’t expect luxury though.

I loved the location by the sea. The beach promenade is beautiful especially at sunset. Plenty of cafes and restaurants along the beach. Mini-supermarkets as well. Bus to Palma city opposite the hotel car park (very cheap: 2 Euros for a 25 minutes drive). Hotel has a comfortable elegant lobby with a terrace opposite a great and clean swim pool where cafe and food is served. Breakfast is great with quite a large variety of dishes. Fresh fruit every day. Room cleaning is very good as well.

Some of the amenities are a bit outdated. For example, the toilet cover was yellowed out and old. The balcony door locks are all rusted out and don't lock. The mini fridge looked like it's from the 80s with leaky contents while heating he room up instead of cooling the contents inside.

The lack of sun beds and the payable safe in the room. For the price paid I would have expected a higher quality.

Personally, after exploring Palma, I think I would've enjoyed staying in the old town. That being said, this hotel is a fantastic choice for this location and we'd certainly book this property again if we came back to the same place.

Stunning rooftop, friendly staff, decent breakfast buffet options, great location if you're looking to stay near the beach, within walking distance to surrounding bars & restaurants, it's very easy to book taxis from reception and they come within minutes. The beach has lots of places where you can stop for drinks and food as you're walking along too. It's a bustling area during the day but it quietens down at night, with the party places a bit further up the road by walking or taxi which is good.
