How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pool opens only at 10AM and closes already at 6PM,so if you want to do something different than sit on place,you are not able to use it.Would be grate to have double bed instead of two single beds.Breakfast was good,but would be nice that it would differ a little from day to day.
Good location,spacious room,room has a kitchenette.Has a lot of evening events for kids.

Absolutely amazing! We booked this as a last minute family holiday. It was great for the kids, children entertainers couldn't do enough. Food was really nice. Everywhere is apartment/resort is very clean. Will definitely be coming back!

Pull out bee in living room was too soft uncomfortable for my child to sleep

Some of the sunbeds could do with being replaced
Excellent value for very comfortable accommodation. Well maintained areas both in public areas and in the apartments. All you need for a self catered trip

the sofa bed was not very comfortable, but would be fine for children. One can sleep on the sofa, and there is another single mattress that rolls out from below.
It was a nice apartment with small kitchen which allowed us to store an prepare our own meals. The place was clean and in good shape, with enough room to move around. The breakfast was good with different hot and cold options. We also liked that the walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there are a couple pools and evening activities which are great for families

Lovely hotel. Pab and Cat from the Kids Club were fantastic with the children. Marta from reception was very good, too. Mini disco and entertainment were both very good for the kids. Clean apartment.

it looks a little bit old fashioned
location and pools. The restaurant was really convenient. It opened from 10am to 10 pm and prices where competitive with shops around the area.

10 out of 10, this one bedroom apartment in Santa Ponca was a great deal. We absolutely loved it. Kids loved the kids' club in the morning & different shows every night. Everything was available in the kitchen that was needed for cooking. We just had to buy our own grocery. Excellent service, breakfast choice was excellent. We were very happy during our 8 nights stay.

Pool was freezing (it was april though). Alot of stairs. Pillows and sofa bed left a lot to be desired.
Good location to town centre and football club we visited. Pool was a good size. On site entertainment, food and bar were all very good. Staff were excellent!

Maybe just more things in kitchen like a pealer for carrots etc if u decided to cook in appartment.
The location was fantastic. It was basic but so clean and such good value. Pools were lovely but a little cold. Staff at reception were very good they provided me with a chair for the shower as I was on crutches. They allowed us a late check out of 1pm. Shower was amazing. The entertainment was great pabo was fun he really made big effort with the kids. Karokie, reptile fella etc. Prices in bar reasonable. Would def recommend this place. Fresh towels every 2 days.

Unfortunately the pull out bed wasn't very comfortable as the mattress was a little thin and could feel the bars underneath. Small thing in a very enjoyable holiday.
The Facilities were great and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast had everything we wanted and was very fresh. The kids club was fun and our 5yo and 2½yo loved it.

Parking is tight especially with an SUV.
I actually used to work in the Holiday centre as a barman about 26 years ago. It’s basically the same place with a facelift. Basic clean and tidy. We just used it as a budget place to use as a base for travelling around the island. Which it was perfect for.
