Pretty basic facilities. Would have expected higher standards for 4 star establishment. No welcome pack. No washing up liquid. No pool towels without payment. No security so anyone can wander in and enjoy the pool which would present a problem if fully booked.

Balcony area was large and it was lovely to have beds on the balcony. Fab view and everything within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and the food was always good and fresh.

Was at the end by the tunnel entrance/exit & very noisy. Also a lot of noise from the apartment above in early hours of the morn.

Liked everything . The room was clean and very spacious. Loved the balcony with the view of the marina.and having sunbeds on the balcony was a bonus. The room had everything we needed. The staff in the restaurant were amazing. Always happy and friendly. Food was lovely and affordable. The pool was lovely. Loved the location too. 😎

Nothing, everything was brilliant.

Perfect location! Great for chilled nights but close enough to bars and restaurants if you did want something a little livelier in the evening. The hotel bar and restaurant Vibe, is amazing! Great quality food and drinks at amazing prices too! Plus the staff at Vibe are fantastic! Loved the modern apartments, and if you wanted some time to relax, you have the option to sunbath on your balcony rather than around the pool which is a bonus!

I did notice that on two occasions, some guests reserved pool chairs by placing towels early in the morning, only to disappear until late in the day, which made it difficult for others to use the pool.

I wanted to mention how much I enjoyed my stay at the hotel — the key view rooms were stunning, the location was perfect, and the family-friendly atmosphere was a real highlight. We always use Holiday club in Gran Canaria and Puerto Calma is the best :)

Honestly there was nothing I didn’t like.

I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen facilities. They had everything & also a large fridge freezer. They also provided 3 dishwasher tablets which I thought was very thoughtful.

The views from the sea view apartment was amazing. The balcony was spacious and offered sun beds and an outdoor table which was perfect. The restaurants opposite the hotel was lovely for the days we wanted to stay local. Hotel is located perfectly so that you're essentially in the middle when travelling to the different beaches and is close to the marine where you can take a 7 Euro ferry to different beaches. We payed 9 Euros total for 2 people to take the ferry to Anfi beach which was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The gym could use some updates, as the equipment feels a bit outdated. The kitchen knife in the apartment was quite dull and could be replaced for better usability.

This was one of the best apartment hotels we stayed at during our time in Gran Canaria. It offered excellent quality at a reasonable price. We were given a top-floor room with a fantastic view, which made the experience even more special. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The receptionist was also very welcoming and friendly.

Gym had no weights. Extra payment for the use of gym and sauna per room- not much but should be included as it’s very basic.

The pool bar and restaurant are exceptional value. Staff are amazing. Happy hour and breakfast, the grill night all super! Bar and restaurant managed separate my to hotel. Aqua gym and poolside yoga were great too. Sauna at an additional cost. Pool towels on payment of deposit can be changed each day and deposit refunded on return when checking out.
